Perfect place!

Almost impossible to get in person visit these days. Husband has been out of blood pressure meds for 5 days. Pharmacy has called 3x so far no refill yet. Husband has also called. Time for new Dr. Hasn't been the same since covid started.

I have been a patient here for years and after today I will not go back. I waited over 30 minutes to get a vaccine. If I had not asked I would still be waiting. The waiting room was incredibly warm and four people were seen before me. I did not even need to see the doctor (which is impossible anyway). I had a scheduled appointment. I haven’t even been able to get in to see my physician this year because every time I have needed to there hasn’t been any available appointments. I will be finding a new doctor this week. I have tried to give them several chances and I’m fed up.

I showed up this morning with my daughter for her appointment, went to check in and was told the appointment was yesterday. I said no it was for right now and showed her the appointment card. I was then told that someone called them to reschedule it, so I told them that neither my wife or I called at anytime to reschedule the appointment. She went back and tried to get her seen but they refused to accommodate for their mistake. I wont come back if my life depended on it neither will my family. This isn't the first problem I've had with this office. Good luck trying to get a phone call in to them and when I do it seems like whoever it is on the phone dont know what's going on.
