Pleasant Valley Estates Mobile Home Park

I have lived here for almost a year and my family absolutely loves it. They work with you if your a couple of days late on rent as long as you communicate. April the land lady is always ready to help if you ever need anything fixed or just have a question. The park is family friendly and there is plenty of children for your kids to make friends with. I don't plan on moving until we get a house, because it's wonderful here and the prices are great.

I have been living at Pleasant Valley Estates for the last 8 months. I absolutely love it out here and I couldn't ask for a better landlord/park manager/friend. April has gone above and beyond to help my family and I. She has demonstrated caring,compassion,and empathy. I feel blessed beyond measure!

5 Stars to Scott the maintenance man here at Pleasant Valley. In the almost 14 years we have lived here he is the most experienced and knowledgeable young man. Best maintenance guy and has the best bedside manner. He deserves a raise, for the love of God do not let this one get away.

Apirl is literally the best park manager she’s works so hard to get everything done and in my personal experience she’s helped me so much getting moved in and she’s the best to work with and can’t thank her enough for what she has done for our family 🩷

I am a private contractor that does repairs around this park. I must say it’s the nicest trailer park I’ve ever been in. The manager , April, is tough, but also compassionate. It is obvious that she really cares and wants to improve this place and it’s obvious that its working. It is quiet and safe, and it gets a little bit nicer every day.

April is the best park manager that we've had in over 3 years. As soon as she started working here she fixed problems that were going on for a long time and she continues to improve the park. Keep up the good work and thank you

New manager has been great! when we brought issues to her attention they were taken care of fast. The neighborhood is finally getting cleaned up and improvements being made. I would recommend living here.

Has always been professional, friendly and gone out of her way to help, find answers or some that can give answers or help.

The community is nice and quiet. We are tucked away but still close to amenities. Management is making a lot of new changes and the community is looking great. The community events are also a huge plus!

I had reviewed this two years or so ago I would have given it negative 10 but they have a new manager this round, has kept her word, done the things to get the place together, and has taken care of what needs to be, so I had to come back and give her some credit. I know she was probably handed a mess.

I haven't had any problems since I moved in here last year. (2016) I see a lot of reviews(ranging from 3 to 4 months ago) stating the roads need fixed but the roads have been fixed for quite a while now. I love the park and management is very patient and understanding. Very glad we picked this place to live.

Love it out here. Nice clean place to live. Miss Rewa is an awesome park manager. And people seem to stay to themselves. It's also in a great school district.

I love it out here,management is always very nice and helpful,they do what they can to make the park look nice,it is also up to people who live here to do their part to make it look nice! I just wish they could do something about the speeding in the park. All in all it is a nice place to live.

We have a new park manager now, she is wonderful. Things are FINALLY getting done around here. I have lived here for a lot of years and it's a great place to live.

The new management has been easy to get ahold of takes their time to help with any situation. There are some rough grades from a few months ago but things seem to be hammered out now!

Quiet neighborhood, my kids love playing outside, we love it here. Everyone is super friendly!
