A great experience. Salesperson was so helpful and friendly. I ended up with a great deal on new sectional and mattress. I'd had my eye on Arhaus Bergen sectional but did not have 20k to spend. I did diligent research for a solid year and Lower Valley Furniture was my favorite place! A wide variety of tasteful, high quality choices - they sold me really nice furniture - and gave me a really good deal! Will go back!

Love this place. We ran into some problems on our end with getting our furniture. They worked with us all of the way until everything was convenient. Their delivery people were great!!! They had our bedroom furniture carried in and put together in no time! I would recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful Service - I had trouble with switch not working on a love seat - manufacturing problem. After second attempt to correct situation I was met with a friendly staff who let me change the couch in for a brand new couch at no extra cost or incovience to me. Now that is great customer service. Wonderful staff. I have been shopping there for 37 years and if I ever need any more furniture that is where I will go.

Denise took a lot of time to help me find all of my best options. They also were very helpful in referring me to someone for clock repair. This place is great for product quality and for customer service.

Wonderful! Great place to shop. The sales women who helped us was fantastic! Answered all of our questions, helped us measure the pieces, explained all of the details to us, very helpful. We've been to every furniture store in town and did not receive that level of customer service from any of them.

Found what we were looking for, great price, just had to take floor models, with a great discount. Due to longer than normal times to get new pieces in, because of the pandemic. Very satisfied with CS as well. Friendly staff

Great people stand by their products. We had a bench with an issue shortly after purchase due to poor design. They had their furniture guy fix it and it's awesome. We make all Our furniture purchases with them

Received excellent service from the sales staff and delivery dept…….we had a mechanical issue on the sofa which was taken care off by the service tech. Overall it was a pleasure doing business!!

Has a very large selection of furniture such as beds, end tables, tables, TV stands, desks, book shelves, dressers, couches, chairs, love seats and lamps. There is also a section for children. They are great with price and deals! Unfortunately a thing to note is that they do not have military discount.
Also it is one of the best quality furniture store in my opinion because the furniture and everything there is very well made and made to last.

We are repeat customers. We have always neen treated very good here. They allow time to browse but quick to help when searching for particular items. All staff seemed to be nice as I overheard conversations but Monica assisted me and was very pleasant, and helpful. Would definitly recommend this place.

Lower Valley Furniture has excellent furniture at reasonable prices. Staff is courteous and helpful. They also provide 10% all furniture when paying by cash or check.
