Trek Bicycle Lakeville

Bought a new bike there in 2019.Have been back for service a few times. Always friendly, knowledgeable and competent.No hesitation in giving the shop a five star rating

I want to say that the staff at this location were beyond patient with me. I tried 2 different Marlins, one Medium and one M/L over the course of a few days. I finally bought a Marlin 5 with a M frame. I had them change out the seat and I had a lovely ride on it on the East Bay bike path in RI. I liked the bike except for it having disc brakes. It doesn't fit in my SUV without taking off the wheel. With my old bike I had to do the same and never had a problem. With lower back pain, I found that lining up the brake caliper to be more trouble than I want to deal with. If I could get the Marlin with rim brakes, I would have. I returned the bike the next day. They removed the seat and credited my card with no hassle. I highly recommend this store.

The folks at the Lakeville Trek store have been super helpful, understanding, and supportive in my process of buying a new bike after not having had one for over 20 years. They helped me make sure I would up with the right bike for me, and that I had the accessories and tools I needed to jump back into cycling right away.
They also didn't pressure me and understood I wanted to test-ride bikes from a variety of vendors. And after having done so, even though the Checkpoint ALR was not the most "affordable" option on the market for a gravel bike, for me at least, it was the most comfortable and offered the best over-all mix of features.
While I don't anticipate buying another bike for a while, as long as Trek has this store in Lakeville, they'll have a life-long customer in me.

My rear derailer on my bike got mangled and they were able to order parts and repair very quickly. Service is awesome and the staff is so pleasant and helpful. This is the place to go.

Today I went in there totally lost. I have a iron man in November. My first. They helped me outfit my bike and they are very knowledgeable. They helped me with non bike related race issues. I felt like they truly cared. 1st class service!!

Great customer service. I didn't know if they could help because I didn't have a TREK but turns out they service all bikes. Small issue that they fixed very quickly.

Positive vibes is not too much to ask for these days but this place has it in abundance. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just total fans of mastering their craft. I extend all the thanks for helping me out with my bike. Definitely worth stopping by, even for the curious riders.

I bought my first new bike in over 20 years. Upgraded from a 2003 Fuji Team Superlite to a Trek Emonda SL7 etap. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the advanced features. They let me test ride multiple bikes and told me to take as much time on them as I wanted. They even said I could go for a full ride. Their patience and knowledge really shined through. It was such a great experience I even bought my son a new bike while we were there.

I live in Northern New Jersey and was desperately trying to source my dream Trek Fuel EX 9.7 locally to no avail. The amazing staff @TrekBicycleParamus searched high and low & found the bike I wanted in stock @TrekBicycleLakeville, who so kindly held it for me! 223 miles later, I was pleasantly received by everyone in the store - and there it was, my Carbon beauty primed and ready for dirt! Beautiful store, tons of accessories in stock, and top notch experienced staff that really show genuine interest in you and your ride!

Shannon was very helpful, I didn't know anything about bikes and she took the time to familiarize both me and my gf with our new bikes. I'll def. Be going back!

Phenomenal group of people to deal with ! Their service department is always incredible to deal with.

Ordered my MTB 4/26/23 because they didn't have the one I wanted in store, so it came from a main distributor in NJ. I picked it up, ready to ride 5/5/23. Rode it home 3 miles 10 minutes ago, and so far, all is good. Good customer service and a nice little shop/business. My other Trek got stolen a year ago, so I'm glad to be back on the saddle again.

Quick , great repair service , top notch customer service and selection

Took my Ridley bike in for a simple repairs , it needed a spacer in the gears. They spent prop 15 minutes to fix the issue. Very courteous and didn’t charge me. I just wish the rest of the world would have the same level of customer service that I experienced here . Tnx

Top tier service! Brought in my bicycle for two tubes and left with a full diagnosis on some of the bike's other issues. Comfortable seating and pleasant staff. Will be coming back!
