Aubuchon Hardware made the entire process of ordering online to pick-up very easy. Communication was very good throughout the transaction. I was notified my item had arrived in the store. It was ready for pick-up when I got to the store.

They always have what I need and the staff is incredibly helpful.

Thomas did a incredible job assembling the 2 smokers I ordered online. He made the pickups easy both times utilizing the forklift only needed 1 man second time. Extremely satisfied with the great customer service above and beyond my expectations Thanks again I really appreciated your time and dedication.

Great customer service. Staff was attentive, supportive and very helpful. I needed help with putting the items in my car and the manager was over the top with his assistance. After the events of the past few years shopping has become tedious dealing with rude and unknowledgeable staff. The staff at Aubuchon Hardware was compassionate helpful and supportive. It was a joy to shop there.

Always a great experience in the Middleboro store

I went in looking for a particular item when I was greeted by the Mgr. Phil. He took me right to the item I was looking for. Phil and I chatted for a few moments. He's very personable. He also introduced me to his associate Tiffany. Great store, great crew. Highly recommended.

I want to commend the manager Ben at this store. I am a frequent customer at Aubuchon and have spent a lot renovating homes. There was a mishap with some paint I purchased and he was more than accommodating to my request. In the long run, he made a very smart decision. I will absolutely buy all of my paint now for my renovation at Aubuchon because he really listened. I also have received great care from the paint man at Aubuchon in Cohasset. I commend whoever hires the employees at Aubuchon I am choosing to shop at this store because they have made my experience so great! thank you!!!

I needed Butane fuel for a stove I bought at Walmart I was taking on boat trip to Cuttyhunk, Menemsha and Oak Bluffs. Everyone was out including Walmart but Aubuchon Hardware was fully stocked. I would recommend this Hardware chain to anyone. Check them out and you will become a believer in supporting local stores as I am.

I love this place. The staff are all super friendly, and as soon as you walk in you are greeted and asked if you are looking for a particular item. I wasnt even in the store one evening and an employee who I believe was leaving for break saw me in the parking lot and asked me what I needed after saying hi of course. I showed him a part number and he not only told me what isle but described the exact location of that item. That's how all of the employees at the Middleboro store are. There is a new girl there and of course she doesn't know the register etc. and I watched every employee there show her patience while showing her the ropes. She was very polite and even apologized to me for the wait. I told her why would you apologize you're working and learning? A+ rating from me.
