Burger King

The manager, Mike, is awesome! I had such a bad experience yesterday that I called to complain. Hate when I gotta be that Karen, but after having pull forward to wait for cold food that wasn't made right, I absolutely did. I've worked in restaurants and kitchens for 20 years, I know it can be rough so I hate to complain. I talked to Mike on the phone, explained my problem, and he gladly listened the whole time I was whining. Told me come back the next day and he would fix it and I would love it; he could not have been more right! Not only did he make it right by making me two full size burritos, he over and beyond by giving me a drink and large hash brown, and even told me he sent the people home that messed up my order so bad. This guy is the example of what a fast food manager should be. Thanks again Mike!

This was a good experience. I did wish they would have let me borrow a little glass cleaner. So I could clean the inside of my windowshield of my car. But I guess hospitality only extends to food.

Went here for lunch service was very nice store very clean 2 managers and crew members there for as busy as it was went smoothly will come back

Didn't get straws for icees or the sweet and sour sauce. Had to go in to get

Fast service, friendly staff and food was on point. Perfect meal for real. That's rare to happen. Very happy with my choice for lunch. Definitely going back

The manager (or perhaps the shift leader?) of this particular Burger King is top notch. He took pride in the food he served us (hot off the grill vegan burgers with fresh, crisp toppings) and he keeps his store nice and clean. He was extremely courteous. We were not expecting a fast food restaurant to be so well run.

I want to literally thank the manager “Ashley “ and the crew members that came outside and helped with assistance of a elderly lady and daughter blocking interest way for me and family to get in to order food. They brought us out our food while still being blocked in and the manager stood there and went beyond her job until the police came to order the elderly lady to clear entrance. Ashley and crew members made sure me and my children was safe and out of a busy Main street where there was no way I could move. Thank you! We made it out of traffic and the block entrance way safe.

I had ordered Burger King for my kids after school. Door dash sent me 3 fake text messages saying they picked up my order, we’re approaching and my food was delivered. I was sitting on my front porch swing and not one car even came down my road! I called door dash they told me since I ordered it though Burger King it was there problem. Door dash was rude and didn’t want to help me. I called Burger King and the man who helped me said I’m so sorry but a door dash driver never even picked up your order. I’m looking at it sitting here. He called door dash for me (didn’t have too) to send another driver they refused said it wasn’t there problem. The man named Mike was SOO kind to us. He heard my kids in the back who never got there food. He said I know you paid door dash to come get it snd deliver but if you want to drive here and get it I’ll make your kids fresh food. I could have cried with the kindness he showed to us. Went about and beyond not only helping me deal with door dash but made the food fresh and hot for my kids. These are the people we need more of in this world! Hard workers who go above and beyond when they do not have too! Our family will not go to another fast food place but this one! They are kind, reliable, selfless, take pride in there job and know how do it to. When I showed up I was embarrassed but they were again so kind. They laughed and joked with me and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! There are so many people who work with the public who are rude and hateful and never once was mike or any of your employees here at the s limestone location they were nothing but incredibly kind. I can’t thank them enough and I believe all the businesses out there need employees like them! I believe they deserved to recognized for going above and beyond when they didn’t have too. That lone is better then any burger you will serve me. This experience will now always have my business and all of my word of mouth recommendations. Thank you again. Thank you Mike who helped me that day. Thank you Burger King for great employees.

Just pulled in with 3 busses. One other driver and myself walked across the street to BK because they weren't that busy. The lo by doors were locked and the manager came out and told us that their terminals were down and that unless we drove through he couldn't help us. When we explained we were driving busses and couldn't drive through he graciously asked us what we wanted and just handed us the meals and said don't worry about it! He didn't have to do that at all so hats off. It's appreciated! !

Mike on south limestone went above and beyond when me and my kids were indecisive. He explained what was on things and how i could add things. Mind you all while were in the drive thru. The store was short staffed so he was definitely multitasking and doing it with a smile and accurately. I hope his boss sees this and gives him the praise he deserves. Mike keep up the best customer service I've had in a long time. We will definitely be back. Thanks for all you do and the other crew members that were there with you.

This Burger King location is always friendly. The staff is attentive. Unlike some other fast food locations this Burger King usually gets your order right. The inside is up to date and designed nicely. There can be a wait at times.

Lexxus was our cashier and she did a phenomenal job. She paid great attention to detail and all of our orders were right. To top it off, she was very polite and gave us an awesome dining experience! Thank you Lexxus.

Clearly understaffed and overworked but the crew was nice and as fast as they could be. Clean dining room and bathrooms. Give them a raise.
