I had a good experience with the team at John Hinderer. They had the ATV I was looking for, answered all my questions, and I even ended up buying a trailer from them which worked out great. Micah was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the Honda I was interested in. He was just as excited as I was about my new Talon. The whole staff was helpful and pleasant. It was a nice experience all around. This was the second Honda I have purchased from Hinderer Powerstore, and definitely not the last.

First off, our sales representative, Jess, was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all, friendly, and very professional. She made the entire experience quick, painless and fun.
The rest of the staff was excellent as well. The finance department was fast, easy to deal with, and friendly. At no point did I feel I was being “takin advantage of” . The follow up calls have been nice, and I feel that they genuinely care that I’m happy with my purchase. I highly recommend John Hinderer Honda Powersports.

I had an excellent experience at this location in purchasing my very rad Honda Metropolitan. I was searching for a specific color that was super hard to find. This location, like others, didn’t have it in stock. But, one day, Jess gave me a call saying they had ended up with one in stock. What a surprise and what excellent customer service to remember me and reach out! The actual purchase was a complete breeze with ample communication and all of the necessary paperwork. Definitely throwing bonus points out due to their complimentary delivery of the vehicle up to a 50mile radius. That saved me a huge headache and a boatload of money.
