Dr. Koppelman is AMAZING! I moved to Thornville last year and needed a new PCP and I started seeing her. She is one of the kindest, most caring Doctors I have ever been to. She is very thorough, takes her time and listens very intently to all of my health concerns.
All of the staff there have been wonderful.

The staff here are all very friendly. My primary doctor here is Dr. Shelby Raiser. I love her! She’s very kind, friendly and really listens to what I have to say. She always hears me and pays attention to my concerns. I’m so glad that I found her. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a primary doctor until I met Dr. Raiser. I’m glad she’s part of my “medical team”. I can rest assured knowing that if something comes up, she’ll be there to help me as much as she can. She’s awesome and anyone who picks her to be their doctor is lucky.

The kindest doctors and staff I've ever met!

I used to have a long-time doc that closed his practice to take a job at a hospital and have been searching for another for quite some time. I think I've gone thru 3 and maybe four. I even had 1 walk out of the room as he was answering my question!! Last time I went to HIM. Then, I stumbled on Dr. Cowan and I'm SOO Happy I did!! He actually listens to you and takes the time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. I'm hooked.
The staff is all great too...the receptionist, the nurses and all the girls. They're all very pleasant and caring and will also take the time to answer your questions.

Dr Cowan is one of those guys that actually tries to help. He also listens to what your problems are and see's that you get the help you need. Also his staff are amazing and they also care. I would recommend them to everyone.

Staff is always friendly. Doctors take time w/ every patient to make sure they are properly cared for.

Dr Koppelman is amazing. She made things happen very quickly. Quite impressive 👏

Moved to ohio and found this place. When made appointment to get my prescription switched to ohio.they took off all but one and put me on one that will cost me 500.00 to lose weight didn't go to them for that. Have called to fill my prescription and got no call back

Do not go here they will overcharge you and your insurance… will never be back
