This was my first time buying a buggy and I could not say anything but my experience was super amazing!! Mr. Ward was a phenomenal sales man and very informative, and did his best to give me the best deal. I was super shocked he was able to get me into a new buggy with a monthly payment that was way lower than any other competitor who sold the same buggy in surrounding counties. Even after the purchased was willing to walk me step through step on how the machine works. If you do not go to the Toy Store to buy your buggy then you are truly missing out!! I will do business with no body else but them. Very pleased and very grateful! Thank you.

Awesome experience all around!!! Bought a new to us, used (trade-in), Sportsman 500 from Thad at The Toy Store in Thornville. Made the drive up from Cincinnati and am not disappointed at all. I have been doing business with the toy store for about 5 years now mainly just parts and service. But finally got the chance to buy my first unit from Thad and the service was top tier as always. Thad and his guys truly do care about there customers and don’t try to upsell anything or try to pursue anything other than what there customers truly want. Business has turned into friendship over the years and it will continue to be the same. Outstanding experience. Mechanics stopped what they were doing to work on my truck/trailer so I would be street legal hauling my purchase. Thad even made a run for parts. Took over an hour and there was no charge. Highly recommended.
