Walmart Auto Care Centers

Everytime I go to this Walmart they always take care of me. Got a new tire put on over a month ago, purchased the insurance and ended up getting a screw in it and one of the techs was more than helpful to me. Fixed it, he was fast and great to work with and no charge to me. Win win. Will be back!

Not amazing service at the Tire Center however I understand it was the day before Thanksgiving. I also was informed that just because the tires you want are in stock when you make the appt doesn't always mean they will be when your appt actually occurs. It makes sense just annoying.

Recently I took my trailer wheels there to get new tires. Glenn was quick, efficient, and polite. A couple of hours later he called me to tell me my tires were ready, but I was out of town and I wouldn't be back until about 6:15pm and the service shop closes at 6:00pm on Sundays. Glenn put my tires in a cart and took it to the service center for me to pick up when I returned. I wish all my interactions with Walmart were this pleasant! I've sworn off the Lancaster Walmart Auto Care Center, but I'll go back to the Heath store thanks to Glenn.

As long as Nick is my point of contact in the tire department, I will continue to buy tires here. He does a great job and navigates assorted challenges to the benefit of the customer.

The mechanics here are straight up honest and quick. Limitations to the services they provide, but best service and price in Licking County that we’ve experienced to date.
