This was absolutely the best experience I’ve had in store. Benjamin took his time showing me everything that I was interested in. I am pleased with my purchase. I enjoy my speakers an amplifier almost every day. I am sure my purchase was on the lower end compared to what some people purchase, but they treated me like I was spending $1 million. I will definitely recommend Hanson AV to everyone I know. Definitely worth the drive from Columbus..

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I had the pleasure of working with Benjamin who was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. I went in to just look at a turntable but decided to go with an upgraded audio streamer. They didn't have any in stock but they took my order it came about two weeks later picked it up from Sabrina (also exceptionally friendly) and now my vintage receiver sounds amazing. I cannot recall the last time I have shopped in a store and been treated this well by an entire staff . They treat you well whether you are spending $500 or over $5000. If you need audio equipment this needs to be your main stop.

Hansen Audio replaced a home theater in my downstairs. The home theater we had was outdated and quality was poor. We were unable to see the projector screen during the day lot as was dim related to light in room. The quality of the new home theater system is simply amazing. They made excellent recommendations for a new system. My surroundsound that they were able to connect is like being in a movie theater!

Sam and Andy were fantastic! James (project manager) was great at directing the project. I was going to use a chain store to install my home theater, but decided to go with Hanson Audio after meeting with them. I am so thankful I chose Hanson. Project was smooth and my new home theater is FANTASTIC! I cannot wait to bring them back to do upstairs audio system. Truly amazing at the install, highest quality, and explained the system so I could understand how to operate. Exceeded my expectations and they were extremely courteous and professional.

I have worked with the Hanson Audio Video Team for two years. Troy (owner) was great throughout the sales and design process. He was cognizant of our budget, but also let me dream a little so that he could get a sense for what mattered most to us.

Rick led me through the execution of the design, married me up with the right folks on their Team to execute, and has been a constant throughout the process. An amazing professional and even a better person.

Benjamin was awesome along with all of the Hanson team I met. Very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. They make you feel like you are the only person in the store. Hanson Audio is a spectacular Audio/video store. Benjamin is an extremely knowledgeable and a very kind/willing salesperson. He has spent many hours working with me to make sure that I choose the correct equipment that will make ME happy.
