Food was good and prices were great! Although my husband got a burger, was not asked what he wanted on it, and it came plain with no lettuce, tomato, ketchup, etc. Burger still had pink. Even though it was not an issue for him, it might be for those that would not want pink in the middle(and there was alot of pink!) I had the fish sandwich and it was very good!

One thing to note about the service, it seems they have servers for different stages of your meal. One for the main course, one for drinks, and then one for dessert.

Love this place. My parents would drive from Pittsburgh to eat a meal. I have always had great memories here. Keep up the great work. Try the meatloaf.

The food is always wonderful although pricey. The service that they provide is second to no one. We have that as a family gathering spot quite often.

Great Amish place to eat. The food and service are superb. The Chef Salad and Butterscotch Pie were out of this world. Will definitely go back!

The food was fantastic. Delicious. We had the roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and grave, and the roasted pork dinner. The pork dinner comes with rolls and three sides. We chose broccoli salad, green beans and sweet potato casserole. All were fabulous. We also chose custard pie and cherry pie for dessert. Both were wonderful. As good as the food, was the service. From the host to the wait staff to the cashier, friendly, welcoming, and so very efficient. Our first time here and we can't wait to go back. Oh, the coffee was the best we've had out in a very long time.

Went here with my grandma today and had a lovely meal. The value of food is great because there's always leftovers. Jojos were especially good this time, and Vanessa took great care of us. She was a funny server. Will be coming back for many more years to come!

If you are in the area, go. But they are closed on Wednesday. The restaurant has a wide selection of delicious food. Don’t expect appetizers because it’s all about dessert at the Hartville kitchen.
I usually get the chicken spinach salad, which is served with hot bacon dressing. 0M delicious

Great family dining and shopping. The lines at the restaurant, on weekends, can be quite lengthy; no exceptions, but the lines move quickly. Stop in the bakery for phenomenal fresh baked pies and pastries. Very extensive vinegar and olive oil tasting stations are located adjacent to the bakery. Shopping in the main retail area is fun and beautifully arranged. The toy department, upstairs, is huge and carries so many unique items in toys, children's clothing and fun accessories. Hartville Kitchen is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon with the family!

I have eaten here many times and have NEVER had bad service or food! Sometimes, there is a wait. However, it goes pretty fast. This past time wasn't a long line. It was a Saturday at about 6 pm. It took maybe 20 minutes to be seated. The staff is very efficient and friendly! They were always coming around to refill our water/drinks. I love to eat here rather than an Amish buffet
The noodles in they buffet are always so mushy. I ordered the roast beef dinner, which includes 3 sides. I had their mashed potatoes, noodles, and a salad. It was hot and delicious! Also, they bring warm rolls out, I think we went through 2 baskets...lol. I love bread! Someone had the porkchop dinner and pork roast dinner. Everyone was extremely satisfied! Overall, if you get a chance, you have to try Hartville Kitchen out! If there is a long line, and you are with a group, take turns visiting their great bakery- not only pies, cookies, cakes, but you can get cheeses, popcorn, cooking utensils, teas, dish towels, different olive oils, and so much more! Hartville Collectibles Shop located in the building is a great stop, too! There are so many unique things! I did include some pictures of the bakery and shop. Sorry, my photos are kind of order!! Lol

Good food and amazing baked goods! All meals are served with 3 sides, which is unheard of these days.

First time to Hartville to meet friends who serve people of the greater Akron community. The atmosphere, extra attractions, bakery and lunch did not disappoint. Enjoyed the grilled chicken salad and recommended dressing and chocolate peanut butter pie.(awesome).

Even took some apple pie to gift to my mother. She loved it too(Smile).

Early dinner on a weeknight. Crowded but we were immediately seated. This is a very large complex of a restaurant, bakery, gift shops. The food produced in the restaurant and bakery are excellent. Not high cuisine but good comfort food. Food was fresh and hot. Portions largish. The waitress was attentive but not intrusive. Menu had a nice variety. And daily specials were a nice touch. Definitely not one of the pseudo-Amish restraunts that are so prevalent in the region. A very nice experience.

This is a very large Amish Style restaurant with a traditional atmosphere. It's always busy with a line to get seated. But the line goes incredibly fast, so don't worry.

The food is always excellent home style with several options. Service is very good. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

A very nice restaurant. The experience I had was Wonderful. I went for their dinner concert which is in a private dining hall. Very good food and excellent servers that did there best to serve you. Definitely going back when I'm in the area.👍😍

Been here many times with family and friends. We even get our large holiday meals from here for Thanksgiving and Easter. Food and service is always A+ Lots of shopping in the nearby store. Great place to get takeout for any occasion. Be advised there maybe a long line during popular times. Also, you get different servers for dinner and dessert. Speaking of their dessert, try the pie! Any pie! They’re all amazing!
