I am all for supporting local businesses. I am a Hartville-native, and would much rather give my support to a small business over a big-box store. This is precisely why I chose to go during my work day, as they are only open during my own working hours, to Vitanet to pick up some Fenugreek capsules. I viewed their pricing, on their own website, and saw that they were comparable to Walmart and Target. When I arrived there, I noticed the price was "on sale" for $5 more than what was listed on their website. I asked if he would price match...he does not, not even his own website. When I asked why, he said it is because he does not make any money at that price. I asked why he has it listed online then, for that price, and he told me because he gets shipping and doesn't have to talk to people. His shipping was only $2.99, it will just barely cover the cost to ship it, plus then he has to pay PayPal/CC fees. I was ready to pay cash and walk out the door a happy customer. Honestly, I could have purchased it online from him, had him ship it to me 4 minutes down the road, and it still would have been cheaper than in the store. But I will save him the trouble of talking to me, or gaining my business, and go pick it up at Walmart instead. Something is wrong when you can't treat the individual willing to come into your store as you would the customer that is buying your product online. No worries, I won't be back.

If I could give them a zero score I would. Placed an order was never delivered! E-mailed numerous times,called 15 times both numbers always a recording.Dont order anything from them, absolutely the worst!!!!!!!!!!!?!Here is an update, I see your response. Checked my spam folder, nothing there from you. As far as the order, you say I didn't check how many items,take a look at the account, the quanity 2 as well as shipping amount is still there. So there was no error on my side. No matter, finally reached someone!! Have a great day.

Will NOT respond to requests to stop auto shipping and they are shipping to wrong address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
And to the company's nasty response below, I check my spam every day and never received anything from you. It would not have been bounced back since I have received emails from you previously about my orders. Sad commentary for customer service.
