My mother switched to this office couple months ago. She couldn’t be happier! Very knowledgeable staff, very attentive and spend plenty of time with her explaining her options. Grade work and excellent teeth cleaning. Will refer friend and family

As always I had a good experience at Dental Works. Service is timely and courteous, and I like having intelligent and straightforward conversations with the dentist and staff. They know what they’re talking about and answer questions about procedures, etc. honestly.

I've been a patient at Dentalworks for 22 years. I was very satisfied with the care my family and I received at the Mentor office until it closed. I continued to use them at their next location in Willoughby until the quality of service I received declined to the point that I felt it necessary to look for a different dental office. The original office manager from the Mentor facility recommended that I give the Mayfield Heights office a try. I'm so glad I listened. Suzanne, the hygienist performed the most thorough cleaning I've had in years. I met Dr.Tabachnik who is caring and knowledgeable.

What a good experience l had today at my cleaning.
The hygienist, and support staff did everything to meet my needs.
The hygienist was helpful by giving positive feedback and giving clear instructions in using my WaterPik.

The staff were kind and accommodating! I was able to be seen same day, as, due to unforseen circumstances, another located had to reschedule my appt for the second time and they didnt have any openings for a while. I appreciated Mayfield for being able to squeeze me in and have my appt happen as scheduled!

The oral surgeon I had was wonderful. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The procedure was completed within 15 minutes and my recovery so far has been uneventful. The staff that assisted him were very accommodating and easy to talk to.

I fear the dentist since childhood. I actually got my family banned from my childhood dentist office. The staff at this office from the office are the best most friendly people. I love it there, as much as I fear the Dentist.

I have been a long time client of Dr. Tabachnik. Suzanne, her dental hygienist did a superb cleaning my teeth. She was very professional from beginning to end. I especially love the way she took her time to do a thorough job cleaning my teeth. I was overwhelmed with delight when she continuously checked in with me making sure I was alright.

Her conversations were very soothing, which lessened my nervousness, and helped me to relax more. She was extremely patient and offered things like warm water to rinse, medication to numb the pain, and she coached me through a scary experience. I have sensitive teeth. I cringe just thinking about going to the dentist office. Thank you Suzanne for taking the time to go the extra mile! I don’t plan to leave Dentalworks again because of professional and caring people like you and Dr. Tabachnik. Great team!

They are polite and professional. You are seen promptly. The dentist listens to you and is the best I have ever gone to!!!

The staff at this office was excellent and very comforting for the procedure I had. I felt comfortable the whole time and they made sure I was ok the whole way through. From the front desk, to the dentist, to the surgeon all members there made me feel at home and I will definitely do my future dental needs there. A+ 12/10 service.

In the years of having Dr. Tabachnik as my dentist I have found that she and all the people around her truly care about the patient. The work is of the best quality and they are willing to work with you and your budget to give you the very best dental care.

My experience at Dentalworks Mayfield Heights, Ohio has always been pleasant. Dr. "T"' and her staff (from front desk assistants to dental aides) are very professional and make you feel very much at ease, and will not do a procedure on you unless its right and you're comfortable. I highly recommend.

Everyone was very personable and thorough with every part of my appointment. Check in was quick, I has a little wait but I was actually seen same day as my phone call, and I was able to get a procedure done although I was not scheduled for an appointment until next week. They actually fit me in and did my procedure in a very reasonable amount of time. They went above and beyond and I was very happy with the service😁

Dr. T and the entire staff are excellent. They are professional and friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr.T twice a year for more than one decade and I wouldn’t change a thing. Susanna is my hygienist and I would have it any other way. She provides education and quality service.

If you need to find a doctor that actually listens to you, takes times to explain things thoroughly, and doesn’t push a procedure for his own financial gain, you need to see Dr. Krajekian! I have had tmj pain for over three years and he is the first doctor that has made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!
