I had a great time here over the weekend. breakfast is served, and the pool is not heated. I jumped in the cold water, great feeling. The staff is wonderful no problems all weekend.

OMG, my family and I stayed here for a concert. We wanted to stay longer because this place was so nice. The room were good size. The bathroom was clean and nice. Also staff is amazing. Not to mention the roof top view... Omg it has the best view for sunrises and sun sets... Would come here again and want to come here again.

Check in was fast & easy. They offered me free parking which was great. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included which was great, highly recommend the waffles. Location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see. Best part is they offer a free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. Never had to wait more then 15 min for someone to pick us up and a special shout out to Janina who made us laugh every ride! I did a lot of research and this hotel offered the most for the best price. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I was ever in the area!

The breakfast is phenomenal. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud. We're a 4 person family and we typically never get enough towels and rags in our bathroom at hotels but there was plenty here! Microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot which was great because hotels don't always have all 3. The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool and gym are a nice touch. And balcony is such a nice place to escape. Hope to be back when its warmer out to really enjoy it.

Had my bridal shower here in the event room on the top floor- WOW!! You cannot beat the views of the city with the floor to ceiling windows and lovely outdoor patio! Chase and his staff were an absolute pleasure to work with. They exceeded every expectation that we had from start to finish. Our food tasted excellent and everyone raved about our bloody Mary and mimosa bar. Spent 2 nights in the king room suite and was extremely satisfied with the room cleanliness and comfortability of the bed. There was even a wedding going on Friday night on the same floor and we could not hear anything. Very impressive. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and was easy to access. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was hot and staff was very attentive to keeping tables and breakfast bar area very clean. Chuck at the front desk was attentive and willing to help with any question that we had. Simply cannot recommend this hotel enough. Whether you want to hold an event here or just stay the night before/after a Steelers game, you will not be disappointed.

SO impressed by not only the staff but the hotel itself. My son and I traveled to Pittsburgh for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The front desk staff (Michael & Sammie) treated us like VIP - they were kind, considerate and very helpful throughout our entire stay. The other staff members on site were also very friendly and helpful. Morning, noon and night we noticed the cleaning staff diligently keeping the hotel spotless. Our room was spectacular with a gorgeous view of the city. The roof top patio was AMAZING! The breakfast was a great compromise and the workout room / pool were spotless. This hotel was conveniently located and we were able to drive to all of our planned destinations in like than 10 minutes. We will absolutely be staying at this location again in the future!! Highly recommend. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Wonderful location that is centrally located to many attractions. Rooftop deck has amazing views of downtown. Room was very clean. Hotel was more modern than I expected. Parking was easy. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast also exceeded expectations - listed as continential but included scrambled eggs and sausage. Jimmy at the front desk is wonderful. He allowed us to check in a full 3 hours early, was able to switch our room to a fantastic view and made other recommendations that improved our stay. He is friendly, professional and goes out of his way to make your stay amazing. This is now where I plan to stay everytime I come to Pittsburgh. The location is superb (central to everything), parking is plentiful and the room was very clean with a lot of modern touches. Loved it and can't wait to come back

Our family stayed here to go to the dodger and pirates game and I just have to say how beautiful and amazing this place was. From the staff to the rooms. We even just so happened to be shuttled the same day to the game with one of the owners ( we didn’t know he was an owner at first) and he and his family were so kind and sweet. The staff was absolutely incredible as well. And let’s not forget the patio view this hotel offers. It’s an absolute stunning view of the city. The hotel was also very clean and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely come back to this hotel and I would recommend this to anyone. I don’t ever leave reviews and we stay at a lot of hotels but this one definitely needed recognition!

The view from the 6th floor party room is an iconic cityscape of downtown Pittsburgh. Beautiful nighttime view of the city lights. They also have a rooftop style patio that shares the same great view. Great breakfast, and the hotel is very clean overall.

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were only here for one night, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was extremely clean, new, and was decorated for Christmas. We had an issue with the lock on our door and we were immediately moved to another room that was actually larger! If nothing else, book this hotel for the rooftop patio. It was amazing. My only "complaint" is that the breakfast was cold and the baked food was hard, but that isn't a huge deal to us and could have just been a one time thing. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! The front desk clerk Tim was friendly and very informative. He recommended an excellent restaurant for take out and answered all of our questions about the local area. George the shuttle driver was excellent and got us to and from our destination quickly. The breakfast food was delicious and hot. The room and common areas were clean. If we ever require accommodations in this area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you so much

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The price was reasonable and they have a courtesy shuttle that will take you to dinner or wherever you need to go. They also give a rate discount if you are staying due to hospital access.

Very friendly staff awesome lounge. They were really nice to me and let me use the restroom despite not being a customer. Due to medical conditions that I got from the military I needed to use the restroom quickly and they accommodated me quite well.

Stayed there with a family member to attend a concert at Heinz Field and the hotel has a shuttle service for local attractions and we were also able to safely walk to the venue. The employees were also friendly and helpful. It is a newer hotel and is kept very neat and clean. They offer a good variety for for their breakfast. The phone is from their patio on the top floor. I would definitely stay there again.

Great value, clean, and comfortable as could be! Really safe, nice location if you don’t want to be down town. The front desk and staff were really nice and always had what we needed. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely recommend anyone traveling to the city.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I have stayed at some disappointing hotels in the Choice Hotels family lately, and didn't know what to expect, especially since this was more affordable than others in the area.

Once I walked in the door, I was amazed. All of the public areas were exceptionally clean, modern and bright.

Check-in was a breeze and the host friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were offered a free item from the snack area (possibly a perk of being a Choice loyalty program member).

The room was every bit as amazing. Clean, modern and spacious, with a nice glass walk-in shower. The room also included a refrigerator, safe, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The king bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The TV was a nice size and had a fair amount of channels.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service for the area, which made getting to the Steelers game and back hassle-free. The driver was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was nice, with a few standard hot food items. The host kindly pick up finished items as we dined.

This will be the first place I check for any future visits to the area.

The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable! We were on the 6th floor with a great view of downtown. The weather was good so we were able to sit out on the rooftop patio.
We really appreciated the shuttle service. It was a pleasure meeting and talking with Henry, the shuttle driver.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for me since it was only about 10 minutes or less away from the hospital I worked. The front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. There are also pleanty of great restaurants around the area that you can go to or order from via third party delivery services.

I have been trying to stay at this hotel for upcoming concerts for a few months now. The concerts have been postponed and then cancelled stopping my plans. I was pretty excited about staying at this location for the rooftop patio. The opportunity finally came for another 2 concerts to be able to stay here. This hotel has blown away all expectations and has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, immaculate even. The rooms were very quiet and a great view. The hotel pictures match exactly what was shown online. I was able to use my firestick with the TV which was a nice touch. That's always hit and miss at hotels. Chase helped me on the second day and I was surprised he remembered me by my name and talks we have had in the past. I was able to stay a second night when I thought I wasn't going to be able to. This took a load of stress off me because there was a second concert I wanted to go to the next day and thought I was going to have to stay at another hotel and have lots of downtime outside of hotels until the next check in. He was able to give me a second night no problem and I was very happy. The only complaints I have about the hotel is the eggs at breakfast could be better and the first guy that checked us in wasn't very attentive to detail. He put my address in wrong and also put my card number in wrong which made it seem like it wasn't going to go though because of travel restrictions. That was a little stressful. He did comp me parking though. Other than that I would love to stay at this hotel again! Thank you so much for being an awesome hotel.
