I have been with Bristol West for 5 months. More professional than the top 3 insurance companies. OUTSTANDING turnaround time for all one's issues when dealing with auto accidents. Latrina Godfrey is a 5 star employee of BRISTOL WEST and should be commended for her loyalty, performance, dedication and her patience as the BEST person I have ever dealt with when making a claim. I had a great experience with Bristol West. The Agent was knowledgeable, friendly and very Charismatic. My agent's name was Cassie and she was great. I would recommend Bristol West Insurance to my friends and family.

5 STARS without a second thought!!!! Bill Minnis in specific an amazing agent, couldn’t ask for any better! He is patient, organized, and a very knowledgeable professional. Additionally, I can tell he cares with his overall support of my policy thus far which is exactly why I will be continuing my coverage with Bristol West. Lastly, pricing is affordable for the outstanding coverage tailored to me and overall I can count on them answering the phone/returning my call shortly upon reaching out.

As a healthcare professional I can say that I really appreciate Bristol West and my agent as my policy provider.

Hi, I would like to start by saying thanks to a Lady in the name of Sureidy (hopefully didn't misspell her name) by helping me out when I needed it the most, my vehicle was impounded in Jersey City, New Jersey and I didn't have anything on me rather than a phone and a lot of stress......but she came to the rescue in order to retrieve my ID Cards and finally solve my issues, honestly, you went above and beyond and politely and patiently helped me to setup my online account, verify and send me all the info requested by the Police Department.
Also, regarding prices, Bristol, so far, it's been the only one with the lowest premiums, reasons why I continue to have.
One thing that I really would like to see that a Company of this size to get rid of the Agencies and/or Brokers that really are concerned about selling rather than help and service Customers like this young lady did for me..........some intermediaries only tarnish the good work and good names of the ones doing the job right.

I have insurance thru this company. The help i received with them was awesome! The sr22 insurance company i had prior to this one was horrid. Was paying almost triple what im paying here with only my car covered. Me and my car are covered this time, and I'm paying well under 200 bucks a month. I highly recommend this company. Good people also. They return missed calls very quickly. And dont have you on hold for over 45 mins like most companies do every single time you call. If you need an sr22 bond, go to Bristol west! You won't regret it.

I was having a bad bad day trying to find insurance…. So I gave it one more shot before I go insane….so I tried Bristol West and spoke with a young Man named Ben Ranger…. He was heaven sent… this Man helped me so much… I explained to him what was going on…and what I have been going through trying to find insurance… omg and he listened and he said this is what I can do for you…and he made it happen and stayed with me until it was done and I just took a deep breath and it was over and I had insurance and could go work and anywhere else I needed to be…. And I wanna thank you again Ben…. Omg you just can’t imagine how you helped me and guided me through the whole process that wasn’t long at all….once again thank you Ben Ranger… there need to be more Ben Ranger when you are stressed out and at the end of the rope….THANK YOU…Jennifer smith

THEY HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE OF ME AND MY CAR

I really like them and they are by my budget and I think they're super I would rather not have them take the money out of my account every month but because I have prepaid accounts and it's hard to try to keep the money in there early before it's due and with me being sick and stuff with cancer it's kind of hard but other than that they are very good people they seem to get on it when I need them and I think it's really cheap and because I can't afford to pay a lot of insurance out that's why a lot of people are getting pulled over and impounded and stuff because they can't afford the insurance and I think these people are reasonable to an extent and they're very very polite so yes I give them an erase from one to five or one to ten they are a 8 thank you very much it was nice doing business with you

There ok ,but very hard to contact on the phone if needed,I think expensive but it's not to bad
