Warehouse 4 Coffee (Kettering)

A very chic coffee shop. Normally little coffee shops like this don't offer very good food, but the food here was delicious!! The coffee was also insanely good, plus the portions were very generous all things considered.

My son and I absolutely love this place. Service is always friendly and welcoming, food and drinks have always been delicious and with lovely presentation. During the warmer months the outdoor seating is wonderful to have a bit more privacy and space. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for a good quality coffee. I would highly recommend this place.

LOVED this coffee shop. I ordered a lavender latte with the raspberry white chocolate muffin (probably the best muffin I’ve ever eaten). The staff was super friendly and there were a good amount of seating. Great vibe!

Delicious! This place is a little gem in the heart of Kettering, OH! They’ve turned what used to be a little bank into a fun, industrial vibing coffeehouse and bakery! The lunch menu is quite large and you need to be sure to try a sandwich and soup of the day! Here’s a chipotle turkey sandwich with turkey chili, a bagel and a perfectly delicious not-too-sweet mocha latte. Kitchen closes at 2pm, making this a favorite breakfast-lunch spot!!

Very nice atmosphere for a small, quaint coffee shop/bakery! All I got for food was a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a hot caramel latte. It was designed and prepared by hand very well! Great new find for coffee!

Warehouse 4 has a nice, friendly atmosphere. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The drinks and desserts were tasty, and our sandwiches were excellent. Will definitely return!

A hidden gem in the middle of Dayton. The baristas creating drinkable art, you eyes will love it. The Oatmeal and the salad are also so good and healthy. Thanks for having us!

STOP GOING TO STARBUCKS!!! This place makes the tea right and not a pre brewed syrup and watered down with ice and sugar. This is the best tea iv had that's done right. You can by tea for your home like Teavan used to the tea is from New York. Friendly people love the plants inside doesn't feel like the hunger games city with its "modern" style. I don't feel trapped. I highly recommend this place. I wish they had patches for my bag and coat. But they have T-shirts cups and stickers.

This place has a very welcoming feel to it. The food is very good, my barista was so kind and quick with their recommendations, our food was came out quickly and hot. I will say the seating could be worked on but it is a small space.

Great place to stop by after church for a quick bite and some great coffee.

Serves great coffee, pastries, and light meals. The atmosphere is great, though seating is limited on days when outdoor seating is not viable. They also have a drive thru.

An awesome coffee shop with a nice interior, ambiance and staff. I got their cappuccino which was really good. They also have outdoor seating.

Tried this place for the first time this morning. Friendly barista, and the cold brew SLAPS. Also got a blueberry muffin, which I liked. I’ll definitely be back. Would much rather support local than Starbucks.

I come here almost every day, and that is due to the wonderful service and friendly staff. The coffee is also incredible but the atmosphere here really sets Warehouse 4 apart from other coffee places. So glad I found a great local spot

Wow. I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner! Lovely menu, and great atmosphere. Not a huge amount of seating if its cold outside (there is lots of outdoor seating!). I will definitely be recommending this establishment to my coffee shop loving friends!

Absolutely love this place. I come here almost everyday for a breakfast sandwich and a latte. They’re well priced, have a tasteful ambiance, their employees are always wonderful, and their overall quality is unparalleled. I won’t go anywhere else for coffee or sandwiches.

I had a mocha and fresh baked roll; both were delicious. Had great WiFi and was a nice place to sit and read.

Seriously good espresso on rotation here. The baristas know their stuff and are dialed in. Great food tops it off. Wish there was just a bit more seating!
