Burger King

This was my first time to go to this BK. I am getting more impressed lately with their burgers for sure. A few months ago I has McDonald's and for $10 I ate a pitiful burger that had one slice of pickle and meat the size of a breakfast sausage. The BK equivalent was double the size and very nice vegetables for $9. It tasted like a old style burger and it was very fulfilling. I will be back there again. I will not go to McDonald's again. Boooo... :)

Quick service, staff was smiling, food was fresh...will be back for sure..

Give that manager a raise. She did what all of us wanted to do, refuse to serve someone letting their kids take 15 minutes to order. Thank you.

They’re alright, however they yelled at me and hit me with a chair when I asked for the “weezer burger”

I loved it For the first time trying Burger King Lunch, Service was Awesome! we got our food In about 5 Minutes. And Employees were very nice. Got a whopper and I was NOT disappointed It had awesome flavor and was not messy. I recommend this Burger King.

Great sandwich. Got the new one the melt. Great taste, had not been for awhile. BK I am back. And a chocolate shake oh so good

Just tried the brand new Burger King (rebuilt). Probably the freshest Burger King food I have ever had. Also, didn't recognize any employee, so assuming it was a special crew for the grand opening of the new building.

Anyhow, love the new Burger King, parking lot/drive-thru is a lot easier to use. I hope the food always stays this amazing, but if goes back to how it was, I will be happy. Been using this BK location since beginning of 2020, and have never had a complaint.

Dining room is now open to the public.no face mask required. Friendly staff.Good food and orders for myself and my wife were correct and resonably priced. Clean dining area. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Would recommend Heath restaurant over Newark location.Newark has a brand new building which was fine but. The staff needs alott of customer service training and order taking training so that orders come out correctly. At least 4 other couples had their orders wrong when received. No problems at the Heath store.

The food was wonderful the people were very kind and all had smiles i really in joyed the food people and the restaurant

This Burger King has some real swell employees. When I go through at night on my way home from work I stop for an affordable bite to eat and when I get the food it always is fresh and warm. Employees are polite and sociable.

1st time ever coming here and let me tell you, they're amazing! My wife is very allergic to onions and we let them know. We heard them talking about the allergy and the cook immediately stopped and went to change gloves, another cook made my burger with onions and my wife was made without them. PERFECT TEAM WORK. Everyone was polite, ladies upfront and gentlemen in the back. Food was great and we definitely will make a drive up here for more. THANK YOU !!

They were out of most of their sides. I made a mobile order.. so I had to pay before picking up. They made it right! Very down to earth and professional staff. I always get great service when I visit this Burger King. Thanks to the great staff and food I was very satisfied!!

This place has changed so much. Food is great. Accurate orders. Manager visible and helpful. Entire staff was friendly. Glad to see such great changes! Keep up the good work. Will definitely come back

The food was fresh and hot and everything was correct. My son likes his burgers plain and everyone gets them wrong.

The service was outstanding. The manager who took our order this evening was kind and courteous; providing excellent customer service. The food was hot and fresh, the environment was extremely clean and the soda is spot on!

The lobdy is not even open and covid-19 has been over for a few weeks know and you still can't eat inside. I don't have a car. I even walk to my job because that's called making it work. So if you don't have the money to buy a car you can't eat here. Sucks for people who don't have a car.

This is the 1st time I have ever ordered from this Burger King because I am not from around here but they took my order and got it completely correct the 1st time for fast food chain the service was excellent and the woman was friendly

It was a long wait, my food was cold. Normally I return it, but I had been there so long already I just delt with it. Definitely need more people working there.

They have always been super friendly and food came out in a timely fashion
and food has always been fresh when I have ordered haven't had a bad experience yet
They have pretty good deals as well

Food was fast hot and fresh.
Service was very friendly.
Was pleasantly surprised.
