What a difference 6 month's makes.....the lady working at 2pm on New Years day was exceptional ! Courteous, cheerful, helpful and just made my visit worthwhile. Thanks

My wife and I had coffee and doughnuts and I also had sausage, egg and cheese muffin .Cashier seemed to have an attitude about something and wasn't very friendly. Customer behind us noticed also. I usually have decaf coffee and they didn't have any made in front or the drive thru. They were also out of several doughnuts in the front case. Price was reasonable. No other problems except for some flying around the upper windows. My wife is very allergic to them.

Very nice lady working the drive through line tonight. Made my kids some of the most perfect looking glazed donuts with sprinkles. Threw her a curve ball and asked for lightly sweetened ice coffee at the pay window because we forgot to order it and she made the adjustment with a smile. The coffee was perfect too. Great service!!

Went through the drive-thru and got drinks and timbits. My frozen strawberry lemonade was delicious. My boyfriend's frozen caramel cappuccino with almond milk was a 10 by his standards.
Timbits were super soft and yummy. We will be stopping again when we are back by the area.

Was chilling there between my car being serviced on. Very nice staff, water bottle leaked on my backpack and helped me out to get it dry. 😀

Food was good, service was fast and the workers full of sass in a good way! It was a great way to start our day. They looked like a fun crowd especially since they were working on a Sunday!

All the Girls are very helpful and cheery! Have not been to a Tim Hortons for years so I wasn’t familiar, but they helped me get exactly what I wanted. Latte and donuts were great!

Fast and friendly! I got the Orange Tangerine Refresher and it was delicious. Got the extra boost of energy I needed

First time at a Tim Horton's sis said was good I agree had breakfast cheese bacon biscuit which was light blended w/ cheese & bacon. For after main tried pumpkin muffin with filling good combo! We'll definitely go again in future😃

Comfortable destination for good coffee and breakfast goodies or fresh sandwiches. Pleasant staff which speaks volumes to a quality manager. Keep up the good work, you've got a new return customer!

Usually their doughnuts are very good but on this visit the doughnuts were dry. The service was quick and accurate. Cashier smiled and was friendly. Coffee was hot and fresh. I over heard employees talking about the Baker :(

They got the best coffee in town deal with it

I've been a long time Faithful Customer of Tims'. My first visit to one of their Coffee & Donut Shops was way before they had any locations in the United States. It was in Canada as an over the road truck driver for what used to be one of the best companies to work for, J.B. Hunt. I was very pleased with every item in ordered & have been a BIG FAN ever since. Good Bless the friendly at out Newark & Heath, Ohio locations.

Great service order the day before was ready and waiting for me to pickup at 5 am.kids from Italy love the donuts they were wire for sound haha.they don't have Timmy's in ltaly. 3 dozen was gone in 5 mins 🍩😊

Always great food, beverages & friendly polite service. We recently discovered the Lite Iced Capp. They're delicious & only 180 calories for a small one. 👍!

Love the customer service and the food is always hot and ready. I'm greeted with smiling faces and my coffee is always exactly how I order it!!!

Everything was delicious especially the donuts. First time my granddaughter has been to a Tim Hortons. She was thrilled!
