We’ll, I don’t know you, 42 years of driving and I’ve never used you, we just pay money each month because there are no other options. Hopefully it will not occur, but in the event of a mishap I hope you will be there for me.

Called Mr. Renn to get an issue involving the cancelation of a policy resolved. He was rude, gave me misinformation, basically refused to help me and when I asked him who I could contact to get the issue resolved, he hung up on me. As long as all you need is to pay on-line, he is fine. If you need his assistance, forget it! Don't do business with this insurance agent.
