I have had 2 recent interactions with Dan and his office staff. One for the annuitization of our annuity and another for an auto insurance claim. Initially we hit a snag on the annuity. Dan was quick to reach out to the home office that actually does this service and get all of our questions answered completely. He responded often outside of business hours and even on a Saturday through calls, emails or text. The auto claim was handled just as efficiently and seamlessly. He is considerate and thorough in all his communications. He genuinely cares about helping his customers. I would highly recommend this agent
