Valley Storage - Medina

When I came on the first day, my motorcycle did not fit in the storage unit. I went to the office and minutes later I was in a larger unit, all set to go. The staff also called me after making my reservation online to assure that I was all set and asked if I needed anything. I definitely will recommend Valley Storage!

The front office was incredibly helpful. Called ahead of time to make sure that I was all squared away before my first day! Always answered the phone with a friendly voice.

I sold my house, and we were not yet ready at his house to bring m stuff in. Valley storage has been wonderful and understanding.

Dora was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed us the unit and called and explained the online form process. The storage facility is close by and easy to access.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They made it easy to get our storage space quickly. The space is near our home, easy to to access, pristine, and big enough for our stuff. When we were ready to clear out, it was just as easy to do. I called, said when we would be out, and the day after we moved out, we got confirmation and a zero net balance. This place is well run. I recommend this place highly.

Faith was very helpful when I called about a unit. Dora assisted me with completing the paperwork and making sure I had all the information.
