I always have great service here, but it seems like others do not. The thing you readers need to understand is that if someone in front of you is buying, and activating a new phone IT IS GOING TO TAKE SOME TIME. This does not mean the staff is ignoring you. They are doing thier best to serve each customer as quickly as possible. That being said yelling, or getting upset with the staff because they didnt serve you as quickly as you wanted them to because of other customers is not thier fault. Plan your time better. Plan on a wait, and be happy if theres not.

It's never fun to have a phone issue but everytime i have had one with mine or my husbands phone...Justin at boost branch on Mt.Vernon Rd. Is very nice and does an awesome job fixing my issues! Thanks Justin great experience everytime!
