Alicia Trompower I felt was extremely caring and went above and beyond helping us through the process of cremating our mom. Everything on Alicia’s end seems to be seamless. Viewing our mother, escorting us to the crematory, picking up my mother's ashes, and locating and delivering the special urn my mother had personally chosen. During this time of emotional sadness and loss, I appreciated how Alicia took care of notifying the proper government agencies of her death and having copies of her death certificate. We are truly grateful for Alicia and Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Rose Hill is the best place to help you through one of the worst times in your life. When my mother died, my father and I had Lola Austin. She went above and beyond to help us through a very difficult time. When my father died, I was alone Lola wasn't there, but Patty Cusma was. I can honestly say, that I consider Patty a friend, for the manner in which she handled everything for my father's burial. Her advice came from a place of compassion, understanding, and love. My father's funeral was PERFECT! Even after the burial she helped me with flowers, etc. The peace and comfort Patty afforded me, will last me my entire life. I cannot imagine going through this experience without her help. There are 2 listings for Rose Hill on Market so I'm placing a duplicate review there.

Jennifer took excellent care of us from start to finish! From the planning to the burial of our loved one as well as planning for our own burial needs.

Alicia was exceptionally professional, caring, thorough, with a strong attention to detail. We had an odd family member whom she dealt with in a kind, compassionate way and was nimble to adjust the situation to address our needs. I highly recommend Alicia and Rose Hill.

The team was great and allowed us time to take in the entire service at the funeral home and did not rush us out the door to the cemetery. They scheduled the the internment ceremony at the National Cemetery far enough away from the service time that we had time to talk to loved ones after the service and make the 40 min drive to the cemetery with enough time. All our requests were met and they made accommodations for our requests even on short notice.

The staff was courteous, kind, helpful, respectful and compassionate with my needs. They assisted in every aspect of the process to make the experience easiest to bear. I was very pleased withe planning along with the extra care it took. I couldn't have asked for better. When request were made, by church family and friends, Rose Hill was even willing to go beyond what they normally do. I would recommend them to anyone when going through making decisions for a loved one who has passed.

Rose Hill Funeral Home has a beautiful chapel-like setting that was very peaceful and comforting. The staff was compassionate, efficient, and sensitive to our family’s needs. They were very accommodating in making my husband’s funeral a meaningful tribute that went very smoothly.

This facility is simply wonderful! Sadly I had two funerals to plan within three months.The employees were kind, helpful and respectful. While they provided many options, there was NO pressure to purchase anything extra.
Rose Hill Funeral Home is a beautiful, atypical funeral home. It is bright, open and airy. They have an event room in which to hold a pre or post meal for guests. The caterer I used prepared a lovely pre-memorial service brunch. The staff set up my photo displays, helped load my vehicle afterward, leaving no job unattended. Their costs are reasonable, too!

I buried my mom a couple of months ago. I have been working with Stephanie in getting the name and birth and death dates on her site. It seems that names and numbers are special ordered. Although we did that at the time only the letters came in. Stephanie not only has been checking that plus the numbers for me. She visited the crypt and followed through with the work order to be started. What a relief to have someone who explains the procedure for this work but follows through with updates. Thank you Stephanie for your hard work at this time of my grief.

Unfortunately I had two experiences with this funeral home it is changed names in management since then into thousand and 14 I had an extremely positive experience with my mothers arrangements. They were very helpful and consoling. My most recent was March 2018 there were complications, I did not feel as if they cared about the family so much is that cared about making sure that they were paid and this was a prepaid service. I am still battling to get an emblem for my fathers service as the United States war veteran and an emblem put on his stone. I’ve given up and called my brother in Texas to try to rectify the situation since I am not able to get any satisfaction. Addendum- I received a call last night from a wonderfully compassionate woman who was very helpful her name starts with an Shaia ? and I am not trying to butcher it. She helped me with the issue I had and more. I could not be more grateful, this is reminiscent of my first experience of grace and dignity. She is helping to dot the final i in what my parents wanted, now I feel comfortable without guilt to start my grieving process. Thank you.

We choose Rose Hill Funeral Home to handle my Dad’s final arrangements. David and Patty and the other staff members were very knowledgeable, professional helpful and caring.

When mom passed dad had already pre purchased their arrangements. It was a hard time losing our mom/wife. They made the transition very easy on us and offered so much help in our time of loss. Dave and Jennifer are the best. So caring and helpful!!!!

The people were kind and explained every detail about meeting legal requirements and for preparing the deceased for their final event. The costs were much lower than I expected. The building is beautiful and tasteful.
