10/10 Italian food. Everything comes out hot and steaming. Their waitresses are fast and polite as can be. Definitely order a caprese salad the mozzarella is so fresh! Chicken alfredo was hands down the BEST i've ever had. The Wedding soup is fabulous and full of flavor as well. And that garlic bread done on a sourdough roll?! Knock your socks off good. Carlos's has been around hartville for decades and I can see why. Their chef cares about every detail of the food and the presentation was phenomenal. See you soon I'll be back again for sure!

Service is excellent, food was great only wish the meatball was homemade.the pasta me and my wife had was excellent if you like garlic which I do there was plenty on mine. The garlic rolls were also great.if your in the area its a must yo try. We will definitely be back to try there pizza all the ones I seen coming out to other customers looked great.

Carlo's has become one of our very favorite places to visit & take family to. The food is delicious, the staff is so kind & the atmosphere is so warm, welcoming & cozy! It definitely exudes the most authentic Italian, family owned, tasty, small town charm feel & I highly recommend to those who've not tried it before!

It's my first time here, and I'll definitely be back. The pasta, sauce, and meatballs are excellent, as was the garlic bread.
The Italian dressing tasted like vinegar and oil, though.
I had enough left over to make another meal at home.
The service was great.

A coworker recommended this place for lunch and he was right. Stopped here twice for lunch and it was very good food. Fresh vegetables and fresh made to order food. The place is clean (They could do better in the restroom maybe some Lyson or Pinesol), the staff are very nice and they make sure you are taken care off. Highly recommend this place for a good Italian food experience and their soup of the day at worth a try.

Very fast service and food was out very quick! Booths are very narrow so if you need some room I suggest asking for a table instead of a booth. The cheesy bread appetizer was very good!! Toasted to perfection! Their sauce is delicious! Just got spaghetti so nothing too special, but the red sauce tasted great! Our server was very polite and made conversation instead of just quickly taking our order. All our food was out in ten minutes or less. Overall a great experience.

Friendly faces greeted us, friendly folks waited on us. Good wine selection. EXCELLENT food. And, bought 6 cannoli to go! MADE IN HOUSE.

Good food large portions and staff was great. We sat under a vibrating ac unit kind of annoying.

Small town place with delicious food at great prices, and big portions too! Fast service and friendly staff. The place was actually bigger than it looks from the outside too.

Placed a to-go order, first time customer. Arriving at the restaurant I feel I went back in time a decade or two and someone took me to the friendliest place on earth! Quaint, clean, adorable, I cannot wait to come in for dinner!

Quaint Italian restaurant in the middle of Hartville, Ohio! We've lived in Canton for over forty years and never noticed this place on Edison St. (Rt 619), but we went in for curiosity. The establishment is a converted house and full of woodwork. It has a big mural in the back dining area. The spaghetti was good, the salad was good and the garlic bread was warm when it got to us. The service was friendly and helpful and the restrooms were clean. I will be going back!

I love this place I used to work here as a cook when I was a kid. She got the baked penne with meatballs and I got the Carlos melt which is a great sandwich!

Wow. We were THRILLED with our meal. In the past we hadn't had the best service or food. The food was bland and staff acted like we inconvenienced them for being there. I read similar reviews, then reviews that were the complete opposite, so I decided to try Trattoria one more time. I think they must have really taken the online feedback to heart, bc my experience was a complete 180 from before. We had lasagna, which tasted absolutely AMAZING. Only thing I would tweak would be to drain the pasta better. The wedding soup was hands down the best I've ever had. The caprese salad was delicious with fresh mozerella, and even the once tasteless garlic bread was now yummy. The meal was a bit pricey, but the portions were large so we had enough to two days of dinner. Our server was smiling, went above and beyond, and was extremely kind. I could not be happier with our experience, we will definitely be back!!

Great food, nice atmosphere and if you're not caught up in staff turnover service is great as well.

It's not often that I am surprised by a place but this restaurant really did! It's hard to find a place that has a fresh original flavor in these times but here the marinara is fresh and the tomatoes are fluffy, as weird as it sounds! The ricotta is absolutely delicious! Chicken parm and the eggplant parm was delicious and great portion size.

Now let's talk about the deserts, the tiramisu had a light fluffy top with true rich expresso soaked lady fingers on the bottom. Now the chocolate chip Cannolies had soft big chocolate chips that really made it stand out, and of course it has actual ricotta that is sweet and creamy and absolutely delicious! The perfect temperature and consistency too!
To close out we all shared lemon Berry Marscarpone Cake that tasted like the top of the most delicious muffin with light powder sugar that is in every bite with a light amount of berries that add a special little suprise.

Truly enjoyed my meal and looking forward to coming back soon!

Excellent, as usual! One of the few places offering "meat" ravioli! Excellent! Not even Olive Garden offers that. The complimenting sauce was perfect and TRUE garlic bread, not just some butter spread with garlic powder. Kudos to Carlo's Trattoria! Very reasonably priced! I'll be back AND I live in Painesville, OH.

Delicious food! Service could have been a little more friendly and more sure of menu items. Overall very good!
