Staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. It was my first time and the menu was quite big I've been back a few times since then this is my new local coffee spot definitely better then overpriced competitors.

Stopped by for the first time today and loved it! It's a drive thru and walk up coffee shop. The staff was very helpful and kind. A short wait but they were very efficient. The coffee was great! We're excited to come back again and try more. Oh and the coffee bean on top is delicious. None included in the pic as it was gone instantly :)

Great place to get coffee/drinks! Super friendly staff, great coffee, and decent prices. My favorite is the green tea smoothie. They give you a little sweetened coffee bean on top of every drink.

Always have the best customer service! Coffee is great. Never had a drink I didn't like. Inside is really cool and the drive thru is so convenient. They work slower than a Starbucks tho, so be patient. Their product is worth the wait! It tastes fresher this way.

We visited Human Bean while staying in Ohio from Western New York and absolutely adored the place! In our car we all had decaf espresso and non dairy drinkers and they had all of the options for us! We loved the customer service and the patience being from out of town and visited twice on our three day trip. Would 100% recommend and go out of our way to get this again when we’re back in town 😋

Someone is the friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered! Patient, kind, caring, energetic! The coffees, teas, smoothies, and snacks are DELICIOUS and are about $5 per drink on average! I HIGHLY recommend the Granita (frozen espresso) in the flavor pumpkin, which they have all year around. You heard that right! PUMPKIN SPICE ALL YEAR AROUND! 😍😭🥹 They also have some gluten free snacks that are tasty and tastefully priced!

Best coffee in North East Ohio! I highly recommend a drink this location invented called 'Dino-Smore'! Holly is absolutely the sweetest person, she's great at recommending a drink if you just tell her what you like. She's made 3 different drinks for me that I would have never chose for myself. What a great sweet treat on a work day. Stop in and see the staff at the Sprinbrook Plaza location on Whipple Ave NW.

Great coffee & friendly staff always! I like Trying their specials for a unique new flavor but The honey oat milk latte will always be my personal favorite.

First timer, (I know, I know…… )
I pulled into this place to find they have TWO drive thru’s and you get to place an order directly with a person not a screen.

Nash, took my order and he wanted to share his input that what I had chose wasn’t his favorite.. second guessing his comment, I said, “no worries, I have an eclectic palate and I’ll be interested to see if I like it or not.”
Either way, we agreed trying something new is good.
Nash questioned my word of the day: ECLECTIC. I was able to give him a quick definition… what a great person to interact with at my first visit to THB. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavors of drinks. Keep trying new things, asking questions and exploring life.
I had the honey buttered oat milk latte.. I enjoyed it.

Pretty cool place. Little bit of a wait although we've only been there once to be truthful. Very very good dark roast black coffee.

I finally stopped and I'm so glad I did. I think they give Starbucks a run for their money. My iced Carmel coffee was perfect AND they put a roasted expresso bean on top of my drink. I'm hooked. Very friendly service. If you are a coffeeholic like me, you'll enjoy their drinks.

The Human Bean is such a cute little place. They are always busy which I feel like it’s a good indication of great quality and service. A few years ago I asked for suggestions and was recommended the Lavender Geen Tea & lemonade. I would decline, because I thought it sounded strange. after the fourth time of hearing them suggest it I went ahead and tried it... Amazing!! Lol it’s so refreshing and definitely one of my favorites.

I live this place. Go here every weekend for a iced mexi mocha.
I'd describe it as high quality then a dunkin but cheaper than a starbucks.

Cute little drive-through coffee shop. Stopped in on a whim one day and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious cold brew. I drink it black and that is smooth, not too bitter, with a great flavor. Their breakfast sandwiches are served later than most-as a night shifter I appreciate this. They only have a few flavors but all are good. Every drink comes with a chocolate covered espresso bean. Today I got the green tea smoothie which is ok- it's refreshing but to be honest I don't like it as much as the cold brew.

The green tea smoothie here is EVERYTHING my life was missing. Back home in Dallas, the closest thing to this would be Starbucks' Green Tea Frappuccino in terms of likeness but the flavor is superior to Starbucks. And the little bean on top is so cute and tastes like a cocoa bean. Love this place. Already been twice in a week.

The biscotti sign was mislabeled - it says white chocolate on the sign, the biscotti does have white chocolate on it, but it is Hazelnut flavor. The coffee was perfect!

I go to the Human Bean practically every morning. Their staff is amazing. They are very friendly and have excellent customer service. I stopped in on my way to work and walked up to the window and they asked if I wanted my frozen hot chocolate which is what I usually get and I said yes and they asked what size and I normally get a 16 ounce so that's what I asked for and the girl who waited on me said she already made me a 20 ounce and would give it to me but charge for the 16 ounce. They know me so well that if they see me pull in they go ahead and get my drink ready. I can't say enough how amazing The Human Bean is. They are very good to their regulars. Thank you guys!

I literally go to this place once-twice a week. (By myself or with my best friends 🙃) The staff are soooo nice, prompt & helpful. The coffee and drinks are the best. Come here if you want quality drinks wayyy better than Starbucks. 🤗💕

The coffee is soooooo good!! Three words: java chip granita. Do it! You'll thank me later, especially when you deal with their amazingly friendly staff. Just tried the cherry blossom cold foam cold brew and it's really nice, not too sweet and an interesting flavor. I never regret stopping here!
