Hartville Family Mini Mart

This store is a welcomed breath of fresh air and alcohol in my old neighborhood. They are always super friendly and helpful. Always very organized, making it easy to find what you want. Also they now have uhauls of all sizes. They have almost everything I need there but a husband lol fingers crossed maybe in the future. Just kidding 😂

Nice convenient spot! The counter is FULL of items marked to great value, and, anything you need to know about the store is posted ALL OVER the front door. I will remain a loyal customer here as long as they keep selling Lawson's Chip Dip!

Best place ever! Car was broken, had a 4 hour walk home, phone wouldn't let me use Uber I stopped in to use the restroom during my walk & they got me an Uber from their phone. They were soooo awesome & treated everyone who came in like family. Highly recommend this place. Thank you guys sooooo much!

Very nice, clean, anything you need they have in stock, the owner is constantly updating and making it better than the day before - staff are so very kind, make you feel like you're family. Great place!

Staff is super friendly. Prices may be a bit high but it is worth not having to drive all the way into town. Plus the selection is excellent!

Nice store overall, just a little trashy.

Rented a U-Haul truck yesterday for approximately 3 hrs and total of 47 miles
I put 3 gallons in the truck before returning it and it was actually more gas in the truck at that point then what was given to me when I left the store, but the store charged me additional $48 in gas fees and charges, very upset to say the least
PS. When I left the store approximately 12 miles down the road the Low Gas Warning indicator came on Unbelievable

I have been shopping at this store long before it turned into the hartville mini mart. I love almost all of the employees but today is the second time I’ve been treated unbelievably rude by the newest female cashier. She proceeded to charge me for her personal items and upon me requesting a receipt gave me one with the balance only. I will not shop here anymore because that is theft her boss should have given me a proper receipt and reimbursement for the employees charge to my account. Just warning folks out there so she is unable to steal from others.

Terrible management, rude staff, dirty store, exorbitant prices. A shame, we need a convenience store at this location.

Employee tested positive for covid and actually told me, yet still working.🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯. What kind of management is running that place. Close it down

Sign says they close at 9 , it is 8:14, they are closed. Fail!
