Clean and staff was very polite. Trampoline area was wide open and easily accessible. Activities for all ages and alot of fun. Pizza was decent. We had a birthday party and our attendant was amazing and helpful.

I've bought the first membership for my children ever, for this place. They have so much to do here. Your kids can't get bored. The snack zone prices won't break the bank, and their food actually tastes pretty food. The membership cost even for mutiple children is one heck of a deal, especially if you're looking for something fun to do every week. The staff is very kind and helpful. Come on, they work with kids every day all day, I don't think I'd be that nice.

Very chill environment and much needed place for kids to get their energy out.

Kids over the age of 6 can really do every obstacle or jumping area. Younger kids typically get knocked around or beaned on the face with a dodgeball haha

I took my daughter there for her 10th birthday. I had negative preconceived notions about the place, having never been there until I took my daughter. I saw that it was very safe compared to what I was made to believe, and she had a blast! I didn't know there was so much to do and quite a bit to offer. I can definitely see myself taking her back!

So fun for kids of all ages and adults also lol. They have alot there and prices are not bad at all. I highly recommend. My kids love it here.

Absolutely love it. They do make you buy their own socks ($2.99) because there's rubber on the bottom and they don't want anyone to slip and fall. The whole place is huge and somewhat loud, but I don't think that should bother anyone. There are arcade games, but we came for the jump. You can choose from several packages or just choose 1 hour time frame then add time on top of that. 1 hour is $19.99 but doesn't include socks or food. We bought a slice of pizza, a soda, and a bag of crackers for a total of $8, but i have the one child and that is reasonable. Much like a movie or dinner date, this is definitely for children ages 5-25. We will definitely be coming back. He wants a job here when he turns 15. Love this place!!

It was our first time here and my children loved it. I do recommend buying your tickets in advance along with doing the waiver, it saves time!! The staff was super friendly & I loved the interaction between staff and the kids. Especially in the basketball court! You do have to pay $2 to get socks, but you can use them at a later date as well!! Will definitely be bringing my children back!

Great place to take the kids to get all their energy out & exercise. They get real sweaty though, so they can turn that air up a little bit 🤏 more. My kid sprains his ankle every time, but he still just wants to go back & dont wanna leave when its time❣

Our 1st time there. The staff was phenomenal. The place was very clean and sanitary. The food was delicious and made fresh. Everything was hot. We will definitely be there again. We live 45 minutes away in Gnadenhutten and this was worth the trip. Thank you.

Was such a great time watching the kids literally bouncing off the walls and every where. Had just the right amount of kids to enjoy thier time. Not over crowded on a Friday between 5 to 7pm. Couldn't of been more pleased on how kid friendly the staff was. Affordable snacks and beverages. Lockers with key available.

We attended a birthday party here today and wanted to applaud the staff. Every single member on board was polite, courteous and attentive. My 6 year old bounced wrong and hurt her arm and the workers were quick to tend to her (even though she was milking her "injury"! Lol) They got her an ice pack and checked on her afterwards.
The room attendant who served our group was attentive, serving kids and adults equally and politely. She made sure everyone got pizza before offering seconds. When we didn't have candles for the birthday girl to blow out, she grabbed some and made sure all was well.
Mozzarella sticks were good and the pizza was tasty as well.
Facility was clean and taken care of.
Fantastic time was had!

We love coming here. Clean facility and friendly staff. They play great music and have fun games too! Kids love it and great way to get their energy out! So fun. We have the membership and it’s totally worth it! Highly recommend to come here.

It was very big. We had vip service for my best friends son's party and by the time they came to decorate and bring the food and drink the hour of skate was over and kids were ready to go.

Kids love Sky Zone. Has nice areas for parents to sit and watch. Have been back several times, will be back several more.

Kids love it! Great place for exercise without feeling like exercise! Chill zone up the stairs is available and has comfy couches for sitting.

Everyone is very friendly, it's very clean atmosphere with plenty of staff to keep an eye out on the kiddos and impressively the food is very good. But the best thing is the robot ice cream maker where you can watch a robot make you a bowl of ice cream!

Happy birthday party here for my grandson Brayden and it was amazing. Will definitely come back. Our party person did a really good job
