This place is AWESOME!!! They have some much stuff. Bought this for the kids. When I come back I’m gonna buy a bunch more.

Great selection on all fireworks and great deals. You can scan the packaging to watch and see what the firework does before purchasing. Staff is also helpful in this aspect. I recommend spending the extra money needed(one time) to become a premier member, to save 50% off all year round for 3 years. Combine that with their coupons and you can have your own firework display without leaving your yard.

Even though we had to wait in a big line I'm the heat. They gave us water. And all the staff were nice, even though they were swamped.

Bought a $2000 e card on Monday, but the email didn’t come through. Nice person (Kristina) in customer service sent me the number and said that’s all I would need. Went Friday before Ohio’s increase in sales tax (4% more starting 5/18/2022), but there was an issue with the e-card. Other than a wait for the manager to make some calls and clarify what happened, they got it taken care of in a calm, professional manner.

We used our buy one get two coupon, and got one of our finale displays $319.99 for $54.99) The ladies were SUPER helpful throughout our purchase. They brought us an extra cart/dolly while we were shopping too. We’ve been premiere members for at least a decade. Yes the prices have increased (what hasn’t increased these days?) but Phantom comes thru with coupons still, and I have no doubt that we’ll get even more coupons/deals before Independence day.

For the record, I live 5 miles from ‘Another’ fireworks store, and each year my husband and I travel the 45 miles (one way) to this location south of Canton, Oh to get our Fireworks. Thanks Phantom, and thanks to all your awesome employees for taking the time to help us out on May 13, 2022!

The staff was great. Even helped me put them in my car! Got 1500 in fireworks for just over 500. What a deal!

It used to be but one get two free now u have to purchase t shirts or hats then u only get that deal on one item 🤪

The wait was really worth it!!! Employees were very helpful, and courteous! Found everything that we needed with no problems. I'm now a premier customer!! That's definitely the way to go. I got mine for at least half price, even though I had to buy a huge package in order to get my membership to get anything at a reduced price. Can't wait to watch the show we picked out for tonight!!! Gotta love the 4th of July fireworks, so pretty!
