Great local bar in downtown Canton! Burger Wednesday is a must if you want to opportunity to eat great burgers at a fantastic price. Bartender were extremely welcoming and attentive. The bar itself was clean, atmospheric and easy to locate.
Will absolutely be back to try other daily specials and check out their live music night!

If you love burgers this is your place. Stopped here on recommendation and it didn't disappoint. We got the John Wayne, King George and hall of flame burgers as well as onion rings, pickle chips and some milkshakes. We loved everything. Great service and delicious food. Highly recommend!

Rolling Rock, Shot of Jack and the Burger of the Month hit the spot. George's is a monthly visit for me and I wouldn't change it for the world. Service is always good, bartenders are great people and you'll always have an interesting conversation with the other patrons at the bar. Wednesdays for burger night!

Amazing burgers!! The staff there are so cool. This is a great place to get really good food and really good service. If you ever go to downtown Canton, this is a MUST to stop at and get some food and beer.

BEST BAR IN CANTON! and maybe anywhere. The music, whether live or from the jukebox, is always a highlight. They hire local bands and artists to perform on the weekends. It's a blast! The long, high oval bar gives off old-timey vibes and is perfect for socializing.

Drink prices are awesome. Definitely the best price for a drink anywhere in town.

Plus the food is amazing! Get the Hall of Flame burger if you haven't already. The burger of the month is usually a home run too. Pretzel bites, fried pickles, milkshakes, cheese curds... it's all good. Tip your servers well because they work hard!

This is and has been for years, my home away from home. Great food, amazing staff, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I'm a local downtown alumni and this is my 1 of my go to spots on any given day! Go see if I'm right or not, u be the judge! Light & love ya'll!!

I was staying at a local hotel and wanted some takeout. Called and ordered, walked over and popped in. Bartender got me immediately and a server shortly after. Burgers were amazing and fast. Definitely a top choice dive bar.

Oh MG y’all best kept secret in the downtown. Odd hours but well worth it. Did I mention live music too!!

First time to George's & we finally got to see why everyone raves about the burgers. Full flavored, juicy, & cooked perfect to order. She went with the PBR (bacon cheese) & I had the special. Guinness Khan (Guinness braised corn beef & grilled onions) 🍔
Their fries are perfect "fair fries" as well. Ideal for malt vinegar & ketchup.
Tried their Maple Cream shake & it was a maple cream stick in glass. Dead on flavor flavor. 🎯 Finished it 3 mins after it got to the table.

Is a very lovely place for a date night, Relaxing atmosphere and the food was fantastic would close my eyes with pure bliss with each bite. Tes the server was amazing and super friendly and just added the cherry on top to a fun place to return to!!

Between the live music and the amazing people the atmosphere in George's is incredible. The food is outstanding and the service is just as good.

George's is very casual with good food good drinks and a good atmosphere at very reasonable prices. I really enjoy this place and plan to visit often.

Great place!! Decor is a little cheesey. Ha but Martini are perfect. Tom our waiter and bartender was excellent! Had the 3 kings with fresh cut fries....perfect size. Will definitely go back.

George's has the best burgers and a good beer selection in a chill atmosphere.

Tonight was my first experience at George's and it was certainly one for the books! I've heard great things about this place from a friend for months, and it was well worth the hype. The atmosphere was exquisite - small space but it didn't feel overcrowded. Despite there being a lot of people and live music, we had no trouble whatsoever hearing each other at the table. Next the food - some of the best food I have ever had. The pretzel bites were fantastic (and they gave us more than 10! -more than other places can say unfortunately). I had a burger that was one of the best I've had in my life... The fries were crispy and the perfect saltiness. I had a strawberry milkshake as well that was quite tasty. Overall one of the best dining experiences I've had in a good bit, and I can proudly say I will be back again soon!

It's a dive bar. It is was its supposed to be. The staff are attentive and the food is every bit as delicious as it is greasy - I mean that in the best way possible.

The food is delicious 😋 I had a turkey burger with a side of fresh cut fries! My son had the pepperoni stuffed pretzel.

George's is awesome. Hands down the best burgers in town and a solid beer and liquor selection as well. Jam night is always a good time, but there's plenty of other events guaranteed to draw a crowd. My only complaint would be that the place has the capacity to easily feel claustrophobic...but that just means you need to drink more. Go hang out and have a good time!

I hadn't been here in a decade since moving and getting busy with life. They have good burgers and a well stocked bar. They have live entertainment pretty often and there is a schedule on their site. The employees are friendly and the service is quick. My 17yr old daughter loves the food here, she picked the location when we went out and I'm glad she did.
