My first time to enter Boot Barn and enjoyed my shopping experience with the help of a friendly and patient staff (Maritza). I went to the Elk Grove branch and got me a very comfortable Justin Womens Jesse Brown Western boots-square toe . I took advantage of the discounts provided and got a great deal. Great store for western outfit. I highly recommend BB!

The store is very organized and the associate was very helpful in checking out and boxing my gift.

Came here for a western sleeveless shirt and there was just one that was perfect look though would've liked a bigger size. It was okay though. We ended up buying a hat to complete the look which we were pleased with look wise and price wise.
The Boot Barn is pricey but what you is good quality. I bought a pair of pajamas there for Christmas. Even though it was expensive its one of my favorite pajamas in terms of look and great quality.Have been here many times and have never been disappointed.

I ordered my purchase online for pick up in the store. The staff was very kind and helpfull. After I picked up my order and everything was fine they called me about a week later. One of my items was instore stock. Apparently they made a paperwork error. They thought I did not receive the item. They were going to let me pick up another one or give me a refund. I pointed out their error and declined.

My fiancé was able to receive a brand-new Mexican Cowboy Fit thanks to Eduardo and Angela. They provided excellent customer service and were really helpful in every way. They were incredibly helpful, patient, extremely knowledgeable about the apparel and boots, and just so easy to chat to that they made us feel as though we already knew them. Finally, they made my fiancé look fantastic and like he was ready to dance to some banda! We'll most definitely return!

The sales staff is friendly and efficient. Prices are competitive, sometimes with good sales promotions. Never a problem parking either.

Looked for a specific item and was helped to find my item sells person went above and beyond to find me a wallet at a price i wanted to pay. Dont remember her name last sunday but great lady i also noticed the manager on the floor keeping things tight and right

I came in today to return something I recently bought and then re-buy it with a coupon I had forgot to take with me the first time I purchased this item. They were very busy as it is the holiday season and my transaction was taking longer than expected, but they were very nice and helpful throughout the process and were very understanding with my 2 year old son who just loves to get into everything he's not supposed to. Very happy and pleased with this store, everytime we come we leave with great customer service and quality products. Highly recommend.

Place is always awesome. The women that work here are very nice and helpful and know what you need, so don't worry men, they gotcha. We have been coming to this boot barn for over 4yrs now as a family. We always buy our boots here and sign up for their awards points coupons are great. Husband uses them for his work clothes.

Thanks to Eduardo and Angela my fiancé was able to get a whole new Mexican Cowboy Fit. They were so helpful in every detail and had outstanding customer service. They made us feel like we already knew them, they were beyond helpful, had great patience, super knowledgeable in the clothing and boots and were just so easy to talk to. To top it off they made my fiancé look awesome and ready to baila to some banda! We'll definitely be back!

Friendly, helpful team at Delta Shores Boot Barn.

There was a mix up on size of boot and labeling. After wearing for two days l, realized I had boots 1/2 size too small. I was worried I was going to be out $200 for boots that didn't fit since I had worn then to work for a couple of days, but I brought them back and there was an easy exchange. Thank you Boot Barn Elk Grove.

This place has a lot of options for shoes and boots. I went in looking for steel toe work boots, and there were at least 25 different kinds to choose from. The prices are not low by any means, but they seem to only carry really high quality boots. I ended up purchasing some very comfortable Merrill steel toe work boots for $154.99.

This establishment is very professional I rated a five-star because of the tentative Ness and they approach you and greet you with insincere beautiful smile and a kind heart it's a go-to place. I live in Elk Grove so I use the one in Elk Grove and they are very nice.

Boot Barn has the best selection of Western Boots, Work Boots and even Hiking Boots. They have a great selection of Western attire and work wear. The staff is always very helpful and very nice.
