Totally love the Delta Shores location even though it’s a bit small. Always neat, well stocked and up to date despite the high mall traffic. Floor staff hurries to the registers so customers don’t have long lines. Great job manager, Ken - keep it up! 👍

Amazing sales great clothes quality.

I would like to write a review for Old Navy, specifically for a young lady named Breanna. She was incredibly respectful and patient when helping me find my order. This was about 8 or 9 months ago, and she helped me in person. Unfortunately, after a few months, she was no longer working there, and I truly miss her. Breanna was a great asset to the store, and her exceptional customer service skills should be recognized.

Store was clean and well organized. Staff were helpful in placing an online order for sizes not in the store.
