AT&T Store

I rarely do a review but I had the best experience with AT& T at Delta Shores yesterday. Matt was so attentive and knowledgeable. He's the best customer sales representative I had met ever since I've been an AT&T customer. His manager is very good and friendly too! If I can give them more that 5 stars I will.

Very respectful and informative staff at this location. Went in to back up and transfer my data to a new device, and was helped out by Sam. Very quick process; would definitely recommend this store.

Ariana was very helpful, assisted with the issue and explained details. She greeted us upon entry. I needed a screen replacement, she removed the cracked screen and replaced with the new screen.

I had a very pleasant experience with Bill.He was enthusiastic, kind and eager to get my phone back working. I felt extremely satisfied with his excellent customer service. He has helped me more than any other ATT rep including over the phone ! He is a good one ☝🏾

Traded my phone in for a new one. All the employees were friendly and very helpful. I really like this delta shores location and would recommend going in if you need a new phone.

I have went into this store quite a few times and simply had not been acknowledged because of how busy they were. On Saturday I stopped in and ran into the dopest crew in the store. Andre, Bill, Ro and Angel. Super chill and they got me what I needed in a fast transaction. A couple of Apple watches later and I was all set. Thank y’all for the great hospitality.

The employees here were all wonderful and knowledgeable. They made sure everything went smoothly. The staff made our visit a fun experience. We even asked the manager, Bill, to model the Samung watch before purchasing. He did not disappoint, haha. We appreciated Ro's patience and being thorough throughout the process. And also thanks to Andre's enthusiasm explaining the the abilities of the Samsung watch! We appreciate that all these staff members worked as a team to assist us through a smooth transaction without making us feel pushed or rushed. Go, Delta shores Musketeers! We will be back again.

I went to the store in regards to a six-month-long issue that customer services over the phone couldn't resolve for me.
Michelle, the store manager, was very very helpful. She listened to my explanation carefully. She took the time to investigate my situation, submitted a claim for me, and called me back to give me updates on the claim. She was able to help me solve this terrifying six-month-long problem and save me A LOT of money.
I really appreciate her patient and her willingness to help me. This is the kind of customer service that you want to have.

Bill & team got me a great deal on some new phones for me, & my family! They have a wide variety of devices to select from. They even had all the accessories needed to enjoy and protect my new phone.

They also set me up w/ the new AT&T FIBER internet!!! Theres a good promo going on right now with internet (I was so done w/ xfinity).

The atmosphere was light & fun, the store was very clean, & the service was phenomenal! Thank you!

Went to Laguna store (corporate store) was told there was a 1-2 hour wait time just to get help, I called and spoke with Marcus at delta shores and was told there’s no wait.
When I got there Deangelo (I believe that was his name) and the assistant Saidu helped me out with a new phone cause mine was cracked and blacked out on half the phone.
They were really knowledgeable and got me hooked up with a new iPhone and out the store within 10-15 minutes. Fastest I ever been in and out of an AT&T store. Thanks again guys.

Both Andre and Angel were extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Both of them provided A1 customer service. I would definitely go out my way to use their location for servicing my ATT&T account. #happycustomer

The WHOLE staff at Delta Shores AT&T were fantastic. This is the 2nd time we've gone in to get upgrades/new services and they've never disappointed. Excellent product knowledge and fantastic attitudes.

I was immediately greeted by Saidu upon entering the store. He asked pertinent questions regarding or visit and listened intently so he made sure we got what we needed. He informed us of, the buy 2 get 1 free promo that we took advantage of. Alvin was also great helping us pick out the phone cases we purchased. I haven’t had any bad experiences at an AT&T store, but this was the definitively the best. I fact there’s one closer to my home but I prefer this location thanks to Excellent service provided by Saidu and Alvin.

Came into the store and was greeted warmly. I came in with my family to get our phones all upgraded and/or a trade in. By far one of the best experiences I had with an AT&T store and my family has been with AT&T since 2009. We decided to get the iPhone 12 and 12 mini. The two ladies who helped us. We’re very informative, professional, nice, and took the time to help us despite being very busy. The workers who helped us was the manager named Elizabeth, who mainly helped us, and her associate Reejta. (I am sorry I mostly likely misspelled her name). They answered all our questions. I recommend coming in this store and not the Meadowview AT&T store.

We went to this AT&T store last year and were immediately turned off because of the service. So much so that we just walked out. We went back last week and the experience was entirely different. Melissa and Myasha were so helpful. The customer service was off the charts. They were knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my husband's many questions. They almost made me consider switching from my cell phone company. This is how customers should be treated anytime they interact with customers.

The representative I had was Amazing! She sold my hubby and I 2 phones the galaxy 20 ultra 5g and she recommended to me the galaxy a71 5g and I absolutely love it! She was very professional and I didn't have to wait hours. She helped me right away. I appreciate your service ! Will be coming back.
