Lee just increased our Bismarck Tribune monthly rate from $57 to $82.00 and you would expect better service. You can never talk to a real person and absolutely will not return your calls. Vacation Holds, what a joke, they NEVER STOPPED delivery and neighbors had to clean up AND you can't call them to get it changed. They will not credit your account for those papers.

Ive tried for the last TWO HOURS to renew my subscription to the Hammond Times... I give up

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE HERE UNLESS YOU DON'T PLAN ON EVER CANCELING. I tried to cancel, they said it was canceled and I wouldn't be charged on the next bill. I was then charged anyway and was told my account wasn't actually canceled. I called again today to cancel and was told the same thing that I won't be charged on the next bill and my subscription is canceled. When asked about getting a refund since I was told I shouldn't be billed and the subscription should have already been canceled, I was denied the refund. I will update on if my subscription actually gets canceled this time.

Terrible customer service, will not address duplicate billings, wait time in excess of 30 minute to talk with some one then handed off multiple time when trying to talk to a customer representative about subscription, no resolution provided. Next up, trying to cancel my subscription.

Cancel and refund all money you are stealing from my bank!!! I read one article in October? For a dollar! I cancelled!!!! Yet you refuse to remove me and have charged 10.99 for a service I do NOT HAVE or USE!!!! You have been reported . And PlEASE get someone to answer your phones. Seriously.

Bad business practice of making it hard to cancel an online subscription, I took the steps of filing a complaint with the FTC to have this investigated. Hopefully this will light a fire under them to change how people can cancel. Shouldn't need to take time to call during business hours when people are working.

This company owns the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. I know for a fact that newspaper willingly, knowingly, and maliciously falsely accused someone of threatening a child with ZERO evidence to support that claim. Repugnant behavior by a news outlet that holds itself out as a beacon of truth and integrity.

Last 2 checks have been shorted, $60 and change and $40 and change respectively. Not a lot to some but seems to be the norm when talking to other employees. I've talked with mgmt and so far typical BS and dodging. Waiting for resolution but otherwise already have a claim in the works with twc and eeoc.

cant cancel subs online, then if you call, there is no option that outlines cancelation, so you have to cancel through your bank or credit card servicer
