Vibrant Arena at The MARK

I attended the Disney on Ice event. The facility was very nice. My only suggestion is to ask the screening crew to avoid making extended conversations with the guests. We were in what ended up as the SLOW line. Three stations were scanning. 2-3 people went through for every 1 person in our line. (Yes, we were bored/frustrated enough to count). Other than that, it was a pleasant experience. There was a mechanical delay, zamboni leaked.... they handled the mishap very well.

We had a great time at the Matchbox 20 concert! The venue is clean and small so easy to walk around. The bathroom lines moved quickly which was great! We parked int garage and took the skywalk to get into the venue. The seats are kinda small and not very cushy but they were ok for a smaller person not as good if you’re tall. We would definitely see another concert here. Matchbox 20 was amazing to hear in concert!!!

Amazing place for functions just wish the name would stay the same..my family enjoy Disney on ice, wrestling and the TFCU events! Thank you!

Very fun venue. Thia was my sons firat concert and he absolutely loved it.

Best event center around, hands down classy place. Bring your card only...most events now are CA$HLE$$....

Went to a QC Storm game on a Friday night and then the Jimmie Allen & Carrie Underwood concert on Saturday. Both were great! I love the size of this cozy arena (seats 9200).

Awesome concert venue for large performances! The acoustics and the view are great from any seat in the house. We saw Tool here and the following week saw Korn and Chevelle, and both were among the best shows I've been to!

Took my oldest daughter to her first concert!! We had a blast!!

Great venue to see a concert! Saw Restless Road, Chris Lane, and Kane Brown. Convenient parking $10 basically across the street, $20 available right next to building. Long line moved quickly even with metal detectors. Fair priced beverages and great acoustics. No ringing ears next day and we were in section A row 17! Will return! Worth the trip from Chicagoland.

The arena itself and staff were great, as was the show. However, the traffic from the bridge to the event center, and getting to parking was terrible...some of the worst I have ever seen at an event there. The show started nearly 40 minutes late, as many people were not yet in their seats because of the traffic/ parking situation at the scheduled starting time. Not sure why it was so backed up...seemed they had much less traffic control folks than in times past.

The Storm hockey game was amazing. They put on a fantastic show and it was my first hockey game. Needless to say I will be going again!!!

Wnt to a boxing match, and a hockey game broke out. Not much has changed, just new sponsors. Still says tax slayer on building. Thru added whiteys ice-cream which is a good addition

Great view of the stage. But if you get an opportunity to get up and move around, do it. The seats are narrow and will push on your legs, making it hard to sit for the full show.

Decent ticket, food, and beverage prices and the venue is well taken care of. Staff was kind and helpful. I'd definitely see another show here.
Bonus: there's a hotel only a few steps from the main entrance.

We had a great time. The place was good. Bathrooms easily found and the line moved thru quickly. Vendors selling merchandise and drinks they had it all.

Saw Tool here 3/17/22. Sound was great, not really a bad seat in the house. We were in 206 and had a great view. Parking can be limited but lots of free lots around the area.

We saw Reba and Terri Clark! It was a fantastic show with pyro. Don't bring a large purse, they will make you check it in. They also don't take cash for any of the food and drinks. Debit/Credit card only. They do give an option to purchase a debit card though. It takes a while to get through the entrance. Purses will get checked. There is a metal detector. And your tickets should be on your phone to get checked in quicker. Everything is expensive. One beer cost me $10.49 plus tip. A soda was almost $6. Reba Concert was awesome though.

Its still The Mark to me but this venue is a favorite. We're so lucky to have this in the Quad Cities... hockey, sports, concerts, events, you name it. It's always clean from outside to bathrooms to the seating. Friendly staff. Tons of great acts come through.
