Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

We went to celebrate valentine's day. Our waitress was phenomenal. My husband's dinner, salads, bread, and our desserts were all delicious. My beef wellington was over cooked (very easy to do). She quickly fixed the issue and the 2nd was perfect and I cut it with my fork. The Manager & even the hostess came by the table an apologized. An our bill was comped appropriately. We had a wonderful time and will 100% be back.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the private room at Johnny's, and we could not have asked for a better venue or service. The staff was phenomenal, the food was incredible, and the room set-up was great and allowed for plenty of space for ~ 40 people. Teresa was great to work with throughout the planning process, and we were also able to set up ahead of time, which was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend hosting your rehearsal dinner here!

I always choose Johnny's for my special occasions, family birthdays, etc. I know that I will get delicious food, great service, and as always, a wonderful atmosphere. I wanted to give a special shout out to my server this past weekend, Shelley. We were there for my birthday and she made it extra special by going above and beyond to give us a great experience. Thank you Shelley!

My wife and I came here for the first time tonight. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. From the bread, to the toasted raviolis, to the Heart of Italy trio dish, all the food was great. Our server Ashley was very attentive and personable. We live an hour away but will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend.

I hadn't been to Johnny's for lunch in several years. I forgot what a great lunch venue Johnny's is. I had a business meeting where we needed to have some focused conversations and the seating there accommodates that without any special requests. The food and service were both outstanding; nothing short of what Jack always expects of his staff.

Called and made a reservation for a late night dinner to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. Food was DELICIOUS! We were there at 9 and they closed at 10. Service was fast. Staff were cleaning up for the night as we were eating, but we hurried to get out before 10. Our waitress was nice and attentive. Would definitely go back!

Very good food cooked and taste to perfection. Nice and polite servers and quick food service. Highly recommended place to eat.

My family and I stopped here last time we were in town. They start you off with focaccia bread and olive oil - so good but filling. I ordered the filet and mashed potatoes. Both were pretty good but I expected a little more to be honest. My brother ordered the chicken prosciutto pasta which was phenomenal. I would highly recommend ordering it. It’s made with a Parmesan cream sauce which was so so good and of which I haven’t stopped thinking about since I tasted it. We all got salads with our entrees which were decent sized and fresh tasting. I had the creme brûlée for dessert, it was delicious. My brother had the limoncello cake which was huge and very tasty. And my dad had the roasted banana cheesecake which he said was very good. It is a bit expensive but that’s to be expected for a steakhouse. The service itself was decent however the server was not the friendliest and seemed annoyed we were there. The pasta was definitely the star of the show but everything was pretty good overall. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area again but next time I will be ordering the pasta instead of the steak.

The food here is delicious! I took a lot of time to choose what I wanted because everything seemed so good. I have to come back and try other things. The ambiance of the place is really nice and cozy.

Definitely one of the best restaurants I've visited. The building, service, place settings (took me a while to figure out how to get my silverware out of its tight napkin wrap...) and food were all top notch. The Filet Medallions melted in my mouth and the horseradish, Gorgonzola and Parmesan toppings were so rich and delicious! The desserts were also awesome - be warned that the Limoncello Cake is HUGE and covered with delicious sauce. We shared it with 4 people and still had some left over when we were all full. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Love the Lunch menu and servers. Had the beef stroganoff, burger and fries and soup. It was all excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering Johnny’s Chicken Parmesan, and let me tell you—it was nothing short of extraordinary. The dish arrived piping hot, with a crispy breaded exterior that gave way to tender, juicy chicken. The marinara sauce was rich, tangy, and perfectly balanced, while the melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, it was outstanding!

Plan on about $100 for 2 dinners, drinks, and dessert. Waitress brought a cocktail that wasn't ordered. Told me that I wouldn't be charged. Guess what, I was. It was even billed separately on my credit card.

Came to Moline for a concert, and stopped in for dinner before the show. YOU NEED RESERVATIONS... My mistake, but they did offer the full menu at the bar, which was perfectly acceptable under the conditions. The bartenders were VERY busy and handled everything perfectly. Had a nice steak dinner at a fair price. With the volume of business they were experiencing, I can forgive the slightly undercooked steak (I'm difficult) however it was still very well seasoned and enjoyable. I hope to visit again next time I'm in town.

I highly recommend trying this restaurant. Very little I can complain about. Please see photos for pictures of the menu and food we ordered.

Parking was convenient, restaurant is super nice and super clean. Restrooms are very nice and super clean, staff is super friendly and very helpful, service was really good and food was really good. I would recommend this place to others. Overall portion sizes of food were decent and my wife and I left extremely full for $100 which includes two drinks so very reasonable pricing. 👍

Food is always great at this place love the ribeye steaks. Careful with how you order it to be cooked mine was almost to over cooked for medium.

Beautiful atmosphere. Our host was wonderful and gave us a preview of the room my sister and brother in law were going to reserve for their wedding reception. Our waitress, Shelly, was attentive, thoughtful, and personable. She attended to every detail of our meal in essentially perfection. We have the toasted ravioli, which was great. I didn't care too much for the marinara, which is really my only critical remark. It was a little thick and pasty for my taste. I personally prefer a brighter and sweeter tasting sauce but that's mostly just a personal preference. The bruschetta was perfect. Soft, creamy fresh mozzarella with beautifully bright fresh tomatoes and red onion on this crusty grilled bread. The best bruschetta I've ever had. I had the house salad which was great. Again, only my preference but the dressing was very sweet. Next time I will pick the ceasar because I think I will like that more. I ordered the linguini basilico which was very good. Again, nice and bright tasting tomatoes. Plenty of garlic. I sampled some of the garlic mashed potatoes, which were amazing. Our party also had the turtle cheesecake. Phenomenal. Overall, just a really great experience. I'll definitely be going back.

This was a great experience. I was able to make a reservation the same day. Service was great! the waitress was attent and fast, I was never out of water and the food was on my hands just after finishing the previous plate. If you have the oportunity to try the beff wellington I would totally reccomend it, it is available only on Wednesday.

The food was wonderful! I had the Johnny's Chanel No.5. The dish had incredible flavor and was cooked beautifully. The atmosphere of the restaurant was gorgeous and set up so couples could romance or giant families might celebrate. It is in the pricier side, so it will be an indulgence we get quite infrequently. Overall, loved it!

The Residents of The Fountains Senior Living were treated like Kings & Queens during our lunch outing today.
