Tyler is GREAT! We moved into a run-down house that had been vacant for several years. The roof is old and has some moss growing on it...and needed it cleaned before we replace it in about a year. He was careful while on the roof and adjusted the pressure so as not to do any damage to an already compromised roof. He cleaned dirty gutters and now the roof looks awesome. He also cleaned our old windows...which was no easy task, as our house sits on a hill, so all but the front windows were cleaned outside with a tall ladder. Again, old windows he was careful to handle. He scraped old paint inside & outside from years of bad painting. Even though we'll be replacing the windows in a few months, it does my heart good to have them scraped and clean inside & out. Tyler is professional, respectful and did a great job...his prices were reasonable and fair. We will definitely use him again!

Tyler was awesome to work with! I was getting a house ready to sell and had to move my appointment a couple of times - Tyler was very accommodating. There were approximately 35 windows to be cleaned in a mountain home, many of them 2 stories high. The freshly cleaned windows really helped to showcase the house!

F5 showed up on time and went right to work. Couldn’t have been more professional, excellent quality of work, can’t recommend them enough to others. Very happy and will be using again!

From the start of my inquiry for services/pricing on Facebook, Tyler was very responsive (and this was at like 10pm!) and informative! I scheduled Tyler for a roof cleaning with 2 skylights and dryer vent cleaning. With the colder temps breaking and giving us just a few days of warmth, we split up the job so the roof cleaning was done last week, and the skylights/dryer vent will be done tomorrow. But thus far, the roof cleaning is already showing improvement! We had a TON of algae/moss growing on our roof and it is falling off chunk by chunk. I highly recommend Tyler - he is very professional, responsive, and friendly to work with. And his work is outstanding as well!

Tyler was professional and thoughtful. He spent time listening and did an excellent job! Our house looks freshly painted, not just washed. It even smells cleaner. It was fun having each family member arrive home and get “Wowed” by the fresh look. Even the teenagers noticed.
