Riverside Florals did absolutely PHENOMENAL job on my wedding florals, beyond any Pinterest or luxury bridal magazine dream. I still have friends and family commenting on how they’ve never seen arrangements so stunning and unique. The amazing floral arrangement that I received on December 22 is one of the most gorgeous arrangements that I have ever seen! It is full of perfect red roses, many holiday touches -- plus the white lilies are now opening and the bouquet is even more lovely. I wanted to share just how great the customer service is with Riverside Floral. I placed my order online, last minute, but forgot to check to see if they delivered to the area that the flowers needed to go. I gave their shop a call and they assured me that the flowers would be delivered. The lady I spoke with was kind, helpful. I have to say, the bouquet and balloons that were sent were just beautiful! I am very pleased with this florist and will be ordering more in the near future. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and the quality of product. You will always get my business :).

I had Riverside florist send flowers to my 102 year old mother on her birthday. I gave them the colors she liked and, WOW!, they were perfect. The right colors and a lot of beautiful flowers, ribbons, and vase. I ordered by phone and the lady gave me her full attention and made suggestions. I was very surprised at the very reasonable price. I ordered flowers online for my grandmother and they were out of the card that came with the bundle. They called me immediately and gave me a few options for a replacement and even offered to go to the store to find a similar card. I ended up selecting a lovely hand painted card that was even better than the card that was originally supposed to come with the bundle. Thank you so much for helping me!

Fabulous! We needed flowers delivered from across the country in a matter of hours and Riverside Floral came through with flying colors. The bouquet was beautiful and very reasonable. Great service with a personal touch and they were open early!

I have to say zero stars and that pains me as I have been a G.M. and have worked Customer service and sales all of my life. I had a major neck and spine surgery on the 18th and a few days later ordered some flowers to thank my best friend whom had opened her home and heart while managing a business and having her own family life to run. I wanted to give something beautiful to a beautiful person. I paid just under 70.00 for a bouquet that she never recieved. The bouquet she recieved had icky flowers that looked nothing like the ones in the photo. They were the same flowers I think but definitely not healthy and pretty. It wasn't arranged anything like the arrangement I ordered. It looked as though whoever arranged it just took bunches of each floor type and cracked them together. I was embarrassed

Paid to have flowers delivered to my wife for valentines and they were never delivered. Called twice was told they were on the way but it never happened. If they couldn't handle the work load they should of said do. My wife didn't get anything because they said they could deliver and didn't. I can't say enough how disappointed I am I'm 1000 miles away trusted them to make the day special and they failed and didn't bother to even let me know,

I'm in Phoenix Az not quite sure how I came into your store or how I could pick them up. I bought them from your web site with a delivery address, yes on Monday

My husband tried to order me flowers for Valentine's day; he is in Arizona. He did not come into the shop, he did not say he would pick up. He is in Arizona. They do not seem to know who their customers are, or are just making excuses. Need to own your mistakes.
