Customer service was fabulous! Sales associate (Ashley I.) was so helpful and patient. If she didn’t know the answers, she found them out for us. When we were undecided she gave us our space to talk. Kind and sweet! Thank you Ashley and thank you Roby’s.

My delivery person was Kyle Sell. He was on time and made the installation a breeze. I enjoyed working with him. I would look forward to working with him again if I need another new appliance. Roby's is our go to store for all our appliance and furniture needs. We will continue to purchase these items from them. All the staff are always helpful and great to work with.

We ordered a new range and microwave from Roby's. Dustin Brown came to install the new appliances and remove the old ones. He was prompt (even a bit early!), efficient, and did a really good job. We've purchased several appliances from Roby's and they've always been excellent - plus they're local.

Michael and Parker were very professional and friendly. They installed our range quickly and efficiently. When Whirlpool did not include a user manual (yes I understand everything is electronic these days. Even the Whirlpool site didn't have a user manual available) I called Roby's and Ashley was very helpful. All in all, customer service was outstanding!

Our experience was great from ordering with Hays. Finding the correct fridge size (ours is a small space) and the other 3 matching GE appliance. They came in earlier than expected. Installation and delivery went well. Dustin installed the.micrwave and dishwasher perfectly. And was a very pleasant young man to have working here. Very careful of our home and very professional. we've purchased many times from Robys and always very satisfied.

I had been searching for a new dining room table for some time & have always if possible try to shop local. Robys did not disappoint. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for but also got in on their fabulous moving sale & received a great deal. I decided to have it delivered since my husband is disabled. When I got the call from the service team I expressed some concern that I might be late picking my husband up from his treatment but that I had let the clinic know just in case. Well no worries there... Alex & Bryan made the entire experience a pleasure. They were not only professional & friendly but showed consideration as well that was much appreciated. They made sure they adjusted their busy schedule so I would be the 1st delivery in order to avoid any problem with picking my husband up. Robys is fortunate to have two such wonderful young men to represent their business. Thank you Alex & Bryan....good job😉

We recently had a great experience with Roby's on the purchase of a reclining loveseat. We have purchased before in Tillamook but decided to stop in the new Warrenton store and were greeted by Andrea. We were treated to a fun hour of "no pressure" shopping! She followed up with us by phone the next day and we made the purchase. Parker and both Michael's ended the experience with a flawless delivery, showing great respect and care for our home. Over the years we have found Roby's to have a great selection of quality furniture and competitive pricing.

The new double ovens were ordered and received very timely. Install was great ... very knowledgeable, neat and efficient. Based on this job and all of our past experiences, we will continue to shop Roby's.

We just bought a new couch from Roby's Tillamook. The whole experience was terrific. Lorna was helpful and a very informed sales person. Alex & Bryan delivered the couch this morning from Roby's Warrenton. They were polite, speedy, and very careful. We will definitely continue shopping with Roby's

My fiancé, Travis, and I bought our cabinets, counters and appliances with Tim. Our experience was fantastic! The timeline he gave us was exact, he was super communicative along the process about what to expect, and he helped us select items that look beautiful in the space, even coming to measure the exact space. The installer, Jesse, who helped install the appliances was a rock star. Super professional and a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to these two. Thanks Roby’s!

Just took delivery on a new king bed with platform and headboard, installed by Isaac and Josh. They were on time, efficient, and careful removing our old mattress and bed frame, and assembling our new bed. Way to go, fellas! Very pleased.

Jesse put me at ease when he conveyed total knowledge and confidence about the pre-inspection for the installation. The day of the installation he arrived promptly on time and worked expertly, neatly and tirelessly. Looks and works beautifully. I had no reason to worry about any of it.

Jesse came and installed our new dishwasher. Amazing customer service. We bought 3 new beds and now a dishwasher from this location we always get fast delivery and great set up on amazing products.

I called Roby’s in a bit of a panic with a non-functioning fridge after a 5 day absence. I called at 3:00 pm and by 6:15 a new fridge had been delivered by Dustin and Ed, two great natured guys that performed the exceedingly difficult task of getting the new box into the house, and up 14 narrow stairs. The old unit was similarly removed and the new unit was hooked up and functioning. I believe their work day normally runs till 5:00, but they handled my problem with grace and ease. The staff at Roby’s found me a replacement from their existing inventory and made it all happen in a very expedited manner. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.

We recently purchased a new Bosch Oven from Roby's. The price was competitive and the experience was much better than our previous experiences with other suppliers closer to our home in Portland. But what made Roby's service extraordinary was the installation. Jesse and Ed carefully removed the old oven and an awkward piece of trim between the top of the oven and the counter top; and installed the new oven higher, with the same piece of trim below the oven (above the base; a much better installation than the original. (see photos). We will by every appliance we will ever need from Roby's! Thank you!

Jesse came out today to install our new Bosch Dishwasher and take away the old one. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I recommend Roby’s for any furniture or appliances.

Recently my dryer broke, and I sought price quotes for a new replacement machine as a back-up plan to a DIY repair option. Luckily, I was paired with Eric Hays at Roby's Furniture & Appliance. Mr. Hays listened to my needs, provided me comprehensive and competitive quotes and supported me throughout the process even knowing up front that my primary intention was repair over purchase. Thankfully I was able to repair the dryer this time, but my takeaway from the experience: Eric Hays at Roby's provided superior customer service in a very timely and no pressure sales manner. He empowered me as a customer and while I did not make a purchase this time; I will definitely turn to Roby's when I do need to make a purchase in the future as they truly put the customer first!

A huge thank you to Tim! I was discouraged with my kitchen project, finding countertops and a contractor. Then I met Tim, he helped me beyond and above any expectations. He answered all my calls, emails and question quickly and with professional expertise. Helping to find all that was needed to complete my kitchen. I have and will continue to recommend Tim and Robys to my family and friends.
