Darlene and her team at Heritage Flowers did a wonderful job with our wedding flowers. The flower selections and colors arranged by Darlene matched perfectly with the style we had envisioned in our heads. There were times when we weren’t sure if we were adequately conveying the vision we had in our minds, but Darlene was very responsive to our questions and comments and helped to quickly alleviate any doubts we had. Darlene went above and beyond just putting together beautiful flowers for us though. She took the time to help us make decisions that would fit best with our overall theme and the space with which we had to work – even when that meant scaling back some of our ideas. Darlene could have easily just said “yes” and collected the extra money. Instead she took the time to talk with us and make the right decision for us so that we weren’t overcrowding our space or wasting our money. Overall it was a wonderful experience working with Darlene and we would highly recommend her for your floral needs.

Heritage was great to work with! A little old school on the technology front (handwritten contract, verbal acknowledgment, over the phone payments etc), however they absolutely delivered on 95% of our requests (the one that fell short was I think due to budget constraints) . They helped make our dream a reality at a great price, so I’ve got no complaints!

I called last minute but they still managed to create and deliver a beautiful arrangement for my mom’s birthday. The flowers were so fresh and vibrant. You made her day! Thank you!!

For my anniversary, I received the most beautiful arrangement of flowers that I've ever laid eyes on. The colors and variety were so captivating; truly took my breath away. When I asked where they were from, my boyfriend told me that he went to Heritage Flowers in Lakeville! He said the ladies there were SO kind and helpful - and their expertise truly showed through this gorgeous arrangement. I've always driven by this shop but have never stopped, but now that I know how amazing they are, this will be the only florist I use!

Great place to get all your flower arrangements. I very poorly explained to Darlene over the phone what i was looking for and she nails it every time. I don't know one flower from another but she can put it together from my description. Very nice and easy to talk to. Been going to her for years and will continue for years to come.

I had to call for a last minute boutonniere for my daughter's prom date. When I say last minute, I mean same day as prom. I had called a different florist in Plymouth who had been quite rude. I called Heritage Flowers, and was amazed at the customer service they provided. The woman I spoke with on the phone was polite, asked questions about their outfits, and said I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived with my daughter to pick it up, they were kind, happy to see us, and couldn't have been more pleasant. I will definitely be going back next time I am in need of flowers!

I ordered a bridal bouquet for my friend who just got married. I was expecting something small as was the bride. When we finally got the bouquet the bride was blow away. It was perfect, full and exactly what sh wanted and then some. The customer service was amazing and they were accommodating given the few changes made along the way.

I met Darlene through my husband before our wedding. He has known her for a long time. OMG! she is so sweet. She is reasonable and flexible. She will make recommendations to help you save money as well. You tell her what you want, give her an idea and she comes through. She had petals scattered ever beautifully at all our tables, including the cake table. We will use her services over and over again.

Recently had flowers for my daughter's bridal shower and wedding. The shower was a Kentucky Derby themed and Darlene did an amazing job getting the roses just right. The flowers for my daughter's wedding were stunning. She had sunflowers with roses and blue delphinium. We will be providing Darlene with pictures to share but had to comment here. The best florist I've ever dealt with. Darlene goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience here. I've come in 1st thing in the morning to find her working in pajamas! We need more bosses like that. I originally came here after another florist couldn't provide an arrangement that I had gotten from there before. I asked Darlene about a "hot air balloon" arrangement that the other establishment wasn't able to produce, she had no problem creating it for me. It actually was amazing! Another time I got the birthday cake arrangement which I received so many compliments about. Extremely creative beautiful arrangements here....you'll definitely be happy here! My husband always gets my flowers from here and they are always beautiful. I get flowers for my clients from here at times. The quality is great and the prices are really good. I can get a big beautiful bouquet for a reasonable price.

I husband and I got married on June 3 and Darlene and her girls from Heritage did our flowers. At first I went in unsure of what I wanted and had many ideas that I wanted to make into one. After meeting with Darlene she put everything I had wanted together and our bouquets and centerpieces turned out absolutely amazing. When I saw them bring them into the reception I was so excited because it was everything I dreamed of and they looked absolutely perfect. Everyone's flowers for the evening were amazing and the bouquets were absolutely to die for. I would recommend Heritage to anyone who wants amazing floral arrangements on their special day!

Beautiful arrangement and outstanding customer service. Ordered a blue arrangement for the arrival of a baby boy the day after Mother’s Day rush. A pink arrangement was accidentally sent instead of blue. Contacted customer service and received a reply quickly that they would send the correct ones. Highly recommend and will use again!

Ordered a premium flower arrangement in the am and Heritage had it delivered by noon. That far exceeds any reasonable expectations. Even better is you are supporting a local small business! If you like being disappointed and underwhelmed, give 1800 flowers a call. If you like a premium product with better delivery times than Amazon, give Heritage a try.
