SpringHill Suites by Marriott Norfolk Virginia Beach

Had my mother's 60th Birthday Party at this location. From the start of our planning the staff here was very accommodating and friendly. Maggie and Melissa helped out a lot with setting up the party and blocking rooms for out of town guests. They were always available to answer any and every question that we had. I love that the hotel provides staff to help work parties so that we did not have to find outside people to help serve food and tend that bar. Karen did The Best job helping me with decisions for the party. She had plenty of ideas to help me set the rooms up and where to put what. She is very good at what she does and tried her best to make my mother's event everything that it could and should be. I was able to enjoy that party and not have to worry about the behind the scenes because Karen and her team were on it. We had the best experience having my mother's party here. The staff is great and the hotel looks and smells nice. The breakfast is great as well. They have an omelette station which I have not seen before. Very Nice

Tiffany at the front desk and Cartell at the omelet table truly made such a difference in our stay. They made it feel as if we were staying with family.

We had a very positive experience staying at this hotel. The overnight woman who checked us in was welcoming & efficient, our room was very clean & what we would expect from a Marriott, & the breakfast staff were very nice & efficient. If we ever come through here in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book here again

The hotel was very nice. Accommodating staff. Nice continental breakfast. The only negative was there were groups of sports teams and it was pretty loud at times.

I'll definitely be back here! The staff was polite and friendly. The food and drinks were good. The rooms were even better! I love this location because it was close to everything. Nice job you guys!

Nice place, breakfast folks were good but very quiet which some may like. Easy to get to but parking is a bit short out front. Plenty in back.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at the SpringHill Suites. Our room was so comfortable it felt like a home away from home. I appreciated the design details of the oversized West Elm couch turn trundle bed that sleeps one on the couch and bed underneath, a matching ottoman with a rustic wooden tray, the geometric wallpaper, soft light mirror above the sink, and new faucet fixtures. The beds were very comfortable, the couch area was designed as almost a separate living room with a partial wall so it felt less like a traditional hotel room. The staff at the front desk were very friendly as were the staff at the breakfast and house cleaning. The breakfast was so good and provided higher quality items than I’ve had at many free hotel breakfasts- fresh eggs with toppings of fresh spinach, salsa, and cheese, oatmeal with a bar of toppings, various sausages. The location is very convenient off the highway and just 15-20 minutes to VA Beach. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay and so reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean, spacious and very quiet. The staff was super nice. The front desk lady Carmen and Tiffany were super helpful and welcoming loved their energy and eager to help. Had a great experience with all of them. The breakfast was sooooo good. Everyday they had good breakfast served and the staff at the kitchen were AMAZING. Big Special Thank you to Antionette, Lay, Piya and Hayden. They worked so hard to have our breakfast prepared well and always had a smile they all deserve a promotion lol will be back to this Hotel when I stay in this area again!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Such a great hotel, very clean, staff is great!!! Room was huge! Floor length mirror in the room as well. Bed was comfy. The gym was a great size... need more dumbbells though and an extra bench. The omelet station at breakfast was my favorite! Will definitely stay again the next time I'm in the area.

I was staying at this location 5 days for work. The staff was wonderful. They treated you like family. Enjoyed my time with Antionette, Tiffany, Carmen, Alexis, Hayden, and Piya. Great group of ladies. Always greeted with a smile.

I stayed here for 2 nights, I for sure got my money's worth. Room was clean and nice. It is a kid friendly hotel. Breakfast was amazing, the two women that cooked it was amazing. They restocked everything constantly. Q the manager was super sweet as well. I had no issues with our stay. 15 minutes from the beach, and so much food around.

Very clean and nice room with couch in separated room. Nice desk and sink with micro and small refrigerator.

I had a good stay. It's located right of the interstate. Prices were reasonable. My room was clean. I slept well. No problems. They have free breakfast in the mornings. Which is very good, by the way. I would come back again.

This weekend was the second weekend I stayed at this hotel. I was at this location a couple of months ago for the first time and was impressed with the staff. So I came back and my second experience was just as great as the first. This hotel literally has the best staff, great free breakfast. The rooms are large and clean. And the whole building smells wonderful. But I have to reiterate how great the staff is. The only other place I’ve ever received customer service so good was at Disney World. I will definitely be coming back to this location because you’re wonderful front desk people and the super sweet and fun people at the breakfast bar .
Keep up the good work guys and you should all get raises!!! PS. Love the omelette bar guy that worked Sunday 6/26/22 !!

I had a great experience!! From check in, to passing by the front desk, getting breakfast, checking out, and walking out the door!!! EVERY associate I encountered I had wonder positive conversations with and they were genuine down to earth people! They weren't having a conversation with me because it's apart of their job, but because they truly love people just as much as I do!! Great Staff and the food was AMAZING🤤😋Ms. Lyons did her thing on our omelettes!!! 10/10 Highly Recommend!

The food was excellent. The cook that made the omelettes was excellent. Not only did he make great omelets he was friendly. Also the TV programming was the best .It was far better than any I've ever experienced. Cantrell makes the best omelette and Annette is the best at what she do. Even though she's under a lot of stress. She's always professional efficient and friendly.
