The Rite Aid at 5795 Princess Anne Rd. in Virginia Beach has outstanding pharmacy staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are ready in a very timely manner. The pharmacist is very friendly. Excellent customer service -- even better than a different Rite Aid location in Virginia Beach (we switched from that location to this one).

I am writing this on behalf of the transferring of pharmacies located within Hampton Roads. I was a former patient who used Wal-Mart pharmacies for years, but I just recently transferred to Rite Aid a couple of months ago. I have to say, that even after a couple of years as a loyal customer to Wal-Mart pharmacies, I will never part ways with Rite Aid. They represent something much more when it comes to proactive client support. On top of their heavy based customer clientele at this location, they assist to those who are in doubt. They have provided every pinpoint to meet my needs for medical assistance here because I pick up a numerous amount of medicine here. The feedback I just get from this location is so adeptly that I could just pick up the phone and call the company directly to speak to an upper division to tell them the great rapport they have here, some may say that they don't see what the big deal is here, but their recognizance of their attributes here at this location is of great importance to me! Keep going and doing what you're all doing, Rite Aid, the community has completed appreciated everything you all have done!

Wonderful store and wonderful staff. Never dissatisfied with service or product. Let's pray they keep the one on 5795 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA open. Actually, let's pray they don't close anymore down. Best drugstore chain ever!!!

Very clean and welcoming store, management and staff very helpful. Never been let down coming in here. Assistant manager helped me find something very quickly and professionally.

I recently changed to the Princess Anne location from 1075 Independence and they have been by far the best!!! They answer the phone all the time, they fill prescriptions the same day and stand by the time they promise, and the technician even noticed that I had been paying a lot for 2 of my prescriptions because I needed a prior auth and he took the initiative to send the document to my physician so they can work on the prior auth.
They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond. This will definitely be my new home pharmacy! Thank you!

I needed to fill a prescription while on vacation. The pharmacy didn’t have an adequate quantity, as it is a larger amount. However, the pharmacist was kind enough to provide a partial order for the first day and the remainder the following one. You can always count on Rite Aid!!! Great customer service no matter which location. Way to go.

This Rite Aid is the best retail pharmacy I have ever been to. I switched from Walgreens to Rite Aid 4 months ago because I found Walgreens pharmacy employees to be extremely rude and prescriptions refills were never ready when they said they would be ready, often 2-3 days after purported times given. I understand retail pharmacies are experiencing difficulties with low staff etc, but the fact they were rude really drove my decision to change my pharmacy.

Rite Aid has gone above and beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly, they actually answer their phones, and are timely with getting new prescriptions as well as refill prescriptions ready. They seem to care a great deal about the patient's they serve. Thank you to all the staff for treating me with respect and being kind. I know this is a difficult time to work in retail pharmacy. You are greatly appreciated!!

Matt, the pharmacy tech is the best. He goes above and beyond to help me get my prescriptions and let me know right away if there is an issue. He always says hello and ask how mw and my daughter are doing.

The reliable Rite Aid worth driving the extra distance to shop. Able to find what I am looking for and a helpful person to check my purchases out at the end.

Mel is a wonderful pharmacist! He is caring & jokes around with my mom, who drives extra for the wonderful service she receives from the pharmacy staff. She calls alot & they always answer. I have had a terrible experience with a local cvs & have been reminded how amazing these folks are!

The Rite Aid store on the corner of Princess Anne and Newtown is the best! All of the associates and the Pharmacy team are Phenomenal!!!

The staff is always friendly. The pharmacist knows your name and assists happily with any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this Riteaide! My family and I have been going here for years! Feels like a small town pharmacy which I am accustomed to and they really care for their client’s health.

Always have my prescription ready for me! I always try to call in my prescription, but it is always already filled for me, which is great because I normally wait until the last minute. Like today for instance.. I love this pharmacy because it is close to my job, and everyone I have encountered at this location have been very pleasant to do business with.

I love this Rite Aid the new pharmacist amazing and the ambassador on the floor Marjorie is extremely helpful I will continue to shop there probably more frequently now with the new pharmacist and get more items there than I used to.

This is the cleanest most organized store I have ever stepped foot in. I was also greeted by every associate I passed. Really nice store and friendly associates!

I shop at this Rite Aid all of the time. When you come in the store looks more bigger inside than it did along time ago. They offer more groceries
than they did before. They offer seasonal items.

The pharmacy manager is awesome there. He always knows my meds and even the manufacturer I prefer. The store is nice also.
