I recently began working with Northstar Insurance Agency to ensure coverage for my mother's home. We were incredibly nervous because the insurance company required major work in a short amount of time in order to continue coverage. We had difficulty navigating the process because everything was so complicated and we received very little support until we began working with Northstar. The Northstar team was incredible! They treated us with respect and lead us through every step of the process. They worked nonstop to make sure we were able to maintain coverage and received the best rates. I am looking to move my policy over to them to manage as well!

I had Statefarm for the last 15 years and I really thought they were taking care of me. This year they dropped me and a friend of mine told me about Northstar. I called Northstar and in one conversation they answered all my questions without sounding annoyed and even help walk me through steps I never knew I could take to save money. Lets just say I saved over $3,000 on my home and car insurance this year and I feel sick to my stomach on how I was robbed for so many years by Statefarm. I recommend for anyone to just get a quote from Northstar. They were so honest they told me to keep my 2nd condo insurance with Allstate because they have me locked in a good rate right now. I really like honesty.

Amazing customer service. When I was purchasing my first home - would get quotes within the next few minutes. Not only that - the explanation was extremely thorough so that I could understand all of the intricate details into buying insurance for my first home. Would highly recommend.
