AT&T Store

Arlet was amazing she sat with me and my wife and helped us through a problem that took 2 hours. She put in thought and effort in representing an AT&T customer. She was able to solve our problem where corporate and another store in Weston was not able to. Fantastic customer service and I will recommend this store going forward

Best customer service in Weston. We always go to this store for all our wireless purchases and plan updates. Efren was very helpful and detailed with our new plan. He also helped us reset our phone for the new updates. The manager was amazing!! I always recommend this store for all your phone services.

I came to this Weston location and even though she was already working with a customer was immediately greeted by Royce. I came in to upgrade my watch and after waiting only a few minutes she was able to quickly and effectively execute this transaction and I wound up additionally upgrading my iPhone. It was a pleasure working with her ... she's upbeat, knowledgeable and efficient

I had a great experience. The store manager Royce was kind and patient and very good at multi-tasking taking care of a few of us in the store. The part that amazed me is that she was able to make every single person in the store feel welcomed and solved each clients problem with a smile on her face! She was a pleasure to work with. Vielka is a great agent she helped me with all my concerns, she addressed every issue I had and resolved it.
