Walgreens has really cleaned up their act. The pharmacy had no one hanging around. They have enough staff to handle everything. They were pleasant and courteous

I just had a customer experience that was extremely positive. All due to the sales professional, Cleidy, in the photo department. We, my wife and I with a particular photo issue in which we attempted to seek her input as how to solve. Cleidy immediately demonstrated a leave it to me attitude and expressed immediately, "do not worry, I will figure out a solution." She was calm, so polite and showed he actually cared to solve for this particular photo problem. Most importantly, she was patient with us. Bottom line, after about 5 minutes, she did in fact solve for the problem and provided us peace of mind. PRICELESS PEACE OF MIND! Cleidy smiled throughout the process and made us feel at ease! Cleidy represented the Walgreens' brand exceptionally well! As a result, she provided us a customer experience that far exceeded our high standards! Cleidy was exceptional in her overall critical thinking skills that she deployed in an effort to solve for the problem. As a result, we, as customers couldn't have been more pleased! Walgreens has been my go to for many years. With three kids, there’s always some thing that is needed.
The staff is very helpful, and we are always getting great service with the pharmacy.

This is a review strictly for Reginald- working the front counter on a busy Friday morning at 8am by himself. I came to pick some pictures up that I had an email confirmation for, and he had a full line of guests consistently. Despite not being able to find my pictures, he managed the line well and was friendly to guests. Eventually another employee came and printed my pictures for me. Retail is hard and he was doing a great job manning it solo! Just wanted to give him a shout out for his customer service!

Great service at the pharmacy! I had never experienced any of the problems these other people are complaining about. I keep my insurance up to date as it is MY RESPONSIBILITY, just like I keep it up to date at the doctor's office. Despite the high flow of customers throughout the entire day the staff works hard and gives their best to try to help everyone out. Cut them some slack they are human after all and it is a pharmacy not a McDonalds, they are just trying to keep you safe. Keep up the great work and ignore the haters!

Walgreens is always the place you will find that last minute thing, yes, that thing that you didn't buy the whole day and you remember at 1am! So, since this place has more open hours than other places nearby, is great to go and buy whatever you need. The have adapted very well for the Covid 19, and some of them are giving the vaccines too as of today. Excellent place, always clean, and full stock.

Just wanted to pass some very positive feedback on your photo lab employee Gabriel at your store located at 1751 Bonaventure Blvd. Weston, FL 33326. I can’t say enough on how impressed I was by Gabriel’s customer service. Being a very late week night, Gabriel was not only attentive, pleasant, and patient, but he went the “extra mile” in helping me correct a problem with a very important (time constrained) photo project I had. In my short interaction I had with him, I learned that Gabriel is going to school for graphic design. This young man will definitely go places and I wish him the best of luck in his bright future. Walgreens is lucky to have an employee like him, so kudos to your company and the manager at this store for hiring this young man! You’re blessed to have a great employee.

I had the most amazing experience at this location Weston Bonaventure ! I went because I was sick went to the Urgent Care Dr Diane Adams took care of me very professional ! And went I stepped out I had to get medicines by the pharmacy and Dina was so polite and caring it made my first experience very pleasant even while I was not feeling too good! God bless them all and keep up the great customer service!!!

Had everything I needed including gallon jugs of Arizona Tea

A nice young man named Franco, assisted with getting the photos I wanted off my phone and printed. He was very patient.

Clean and nice. They have a great selection of makeup and vitamins. They are short staffed, but I’ve never had a bad experience.

Always clean and in stock. Very busy. Has liqour store attached if you are into that with quite a large selection. Friendly associates. A+
