Trish has been booking travel for our family for years, her knowledge and experience is what made our trip to Peru a memory of a lifetime. All the credit goes to Trish for rebooking this trip not only once, but twice due to COVID…oh and she managed to get our flights 100% refunded from a foreign company! Trish booked a two-week honeymoon trip to Europe for us. With her help and tips, our first trip to Europe was seamless! We visited Paris, Netherlands, Germany, and Salzburg. She helped us book day trips and tours, and all went according to plan! Thankful I found her! Highly recommended.

Trish has helped us with two and a half of our Trips of a Lifetime. The first in 2019 in Greece and Italy was excellent. Among other things she got us upgrades for our cruise cabins. In 2020 we had already signed for another cruise when COVID hit. She was able to get that postponed so we could use the security deposit for the next trip of a lifetime we took earlier this year to Israel and Jordan.

Trish is knowledgeable of so many destinations and is able to make recommendations based on individual preferences.
We could have reserved a resort on our own, but booking through Trish didn't cost any more, and she does all the research and can arrange reliable transportation, which is reassuring when you reach an international destination, especially with children.
When we needed to make changes because of availability and airline prices, we didn't have to make multiple calls, just one to Trish, and all was handled within a few hours.
She provided a thorough information packet with all the trip details and sent an e-mail providing links for the forms we would need to complete. Upon arrival, it was also comforting to know that if we had any difficulties with the transportation company or at the resort, we had an advocate on standby to make it right.

Trish planned our honeymoon to Italy in January 2019. We flew in to Florence and took a train to Rome before heading back to the United States. Trish is very knowlegable about traveling and made it easy for us as first time travelers outside of the United States. It was nice having our whole tripped planned out, which made it less stressful so we could relax and enjoy our vacation. We've already started talking about where we want to go next!

Sue at L'Escape travel offers personalized service. This is not one of those huge travel agencies where there are a dozen agents and you are just a number in the mix of all of their clients. This is the epitomy of a mom and pop operation with a personal touch. Sue takes the time to ask questions so that she can tailor a vacation for you.

My family has used L'Escape for our past three trips and have not been disappointed yet. The first was to Disney World and our last was a cruise and she made sure each of us was taken care of.

We recently took a 10 day trip to Italy. Every little detail, every little item was covered.

Most people think that using a travel agent comes with a higher fee...boy are they wrong.

On each of our hotels, we double-checked the prices against Expedia...and not only were our prices better through Trish at L'Escape Travel, but they included private transfers to/from the hotel, to/from the airport and to/from the train station. We aren't talking about just any private transfer....you know the ones where the people are standing with your name on a clipboard when you walk off of a plane and you imagine that you've landed into sometype of fantasy land adventure......"wow, what important dignitary is here with me"....and realize it is you! And, in Europe...you need a private transfer! Being in a nice car, with air conditioning...and no smell of Body Odor....this is nice!

Our tours, train tickets, hotel prices, everything - was all covered with Trish's painstaking attention to detail.

We had big plans....land in Rome, take the train to Naples, cover all kinds of territory, from the Almafi Coast, Sorrento, Pompeii, the Mountain, Borbonica Galleria, then up to Venice, with a walking tour and a Gondola Tour, and then off to Florence to see David and the amazing churches, a few important paintings, and back to Rome, to see all it has to offer....and then bad weather occurred, screeching our departing flight from Norfolk to a halt.

The trip was in the balance. One super long phone call to Delta, re-arranging our flight and arrival cities.....and one quick and easy phone call to Trish.....and everything was fixed...our transfers...our pick-up...all seamless.

Do NOT make the mistake of going across the HRBT or MMBT without FIRST talking with Trish. Trust me.
