Kroger

Great price. Coupons that cover every need. Ground turkey,vegetables, eggs,and most of my essentials. Even vitamin best deal than some others stores and pharmacy in the area. I check and return to make purchases at kroger.

I had to post about this store today after shopping here since the beginning l had stopped and went to market place on Holland. My visit today has changed me back to this location. I have never seen so much stock especially the cereal isles. I met the new store manager Ms. Rebecca that assured me things will change just give them some time.

Khaliah in the deli is so sweet and helped me out tremendously. We need more young ladies with her etiquette and great customer service in this crazy world !!!!

The place is a tumbleweeded ghost town when I get off work at 11:00ish PM. No demos, no cheeses on toothpicks, no regular checkout lines, no baggers, no price-slashed sushi. Just blessed silence and a handful of friendly, competent employees. What happens to all that prepared sushi after a day on the shelf? Does it get tossed? Seems wasteful and maybe antithetical to the eco-friendly road Kroger seems to be going down.

I prefer to shop late, peacefully free from the crowds, and for me the late-night advantages — particularly at this location, which basically keeps me & my family alive — far outweigh the disadvantages. I understand well the need to align labor costs with business volume. I know my sale items may not be in stock when it's 11:56pm on a Sunday. I get it, and I love it, and honestly I just want to see the sushi discounted last-minute, like the pies.

I think it's safe to say that this particular Kroger is my favorite grocery store. I've been going almost weekly for over 6 years now, and they have generally good prices as well as good sales. There are several very friendly employees, and the store carries pretty much all of our family's favorite groceries and most of our favorite toiletries.
They usually have fresh fruit for kids to munch while shopping (often cookie samples, too!), so my toddler likes going to Kroger as much as I do. Haha! ;)
Kroger in general is still figuring out the whole order pickup thing, but that aspect has been a pretty great addition recently, too.

Good store. Looks a little old design in the inside but they have an OK selection of organic foods (whish it could be more). Yellow Ezekiel bread is scarce and you don't always find it stocked. They just introduced parsley roots so we don't have to go to Harris Teeter anymore ! Thank you Kroger. It's our regular grocery store

Being recently widowed, where before my wife did most of the shopping and cooking, those responsibilities are now on me. Shopping at Kroger has made that transition easier. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. If I have a question about anything, I'm helped. Online shopping and convenient pickup is a great service.

I recently discovered Kroger and I am impressed with it compared to Food Lion and even HT. There are lots more fresh and cooked foods options at Kroger.

This Providence Rd Kroger is stocked with a huge variety of items in every department. The produce and meat department employees are especially helpful, and the food in these departments is fresh with attractive display. In fact nearly all employees are friendly and will assist you. The prices are generally good which must be another reason this is such a popular location. The digital coupons are a big help.

Great shopping experience, lots of low price items. Got more than what I came in for, even with a shopping list. Kroger digital and mailed coupons made it easier to save. Store was clean, well stocked and associates were friendly and attentive.

Most visited address outside home and work. Everyone is friendly from the produce to the pharmacy. Great value and often store brand is better quality than name brand. My family and I often laugh about spending a Saturday night out at Kroger.

Best produce around!!!! I love all the specialty items this store has to offer.

Shout out to everyone who worked the morning shift and made fried chicken way early! They were accosted by desperate parents on the way to an end of the school year picnic and we needed fried chicken. Every single person was so gracious and genuinely nice. They were making chicken to order. Smiling and not once mentioning that it might have been to early. Sign stated chicken is ready starting at 11 and we were there bedore 10! Great job guys! Hope you have a great holiday wekend!

As expected of a Kroger, it's got a good selection of products, both domestic and foreign, organic, etc., is a clean store, and has helpful staff.

This really is the best Kempsville grocery. Prices, selection, produce and butcher shop are great, but the people at this Kroger are great. They really are exceptional. Checkout is a breeze as well.

I'm a Kroger traveler. I go to all the krogers when they have a " one per transaction" sale. This store is stocked. Doesn't matter that I came Saturday night for a 2 day digital sale. It looked like friday morning! Very pleased!

There's only one place I know you can find Extreme Moose Tracks ice cream that is worth bothering with. Every other Moose Tracks pales in comparison... Honestly it's a good thing I don't live closer or I'd have it every night.

I will always shop in a Kroger's store! It's a good clean place, with great organization. I have not found a problem & if I did it was settled in a few minutes plus in my favor!

Adam in the bakery was very helpful and patient with me today! He wrote on a cake for me at the last minute and I appreciated it.
