This was my first time as a seller, and outside of ballpark idealization I really had no idea how this was going to go. Additionally this was an older home that needed a little help and I would be out of the country for the sale. Mark gave excellent advice, told me what was worth putting time and treasure into and what was best for the eventual buyer to do themselves as a typical practice/preference. I went into the selling period pretty confident, we got a plethora of buyer choices the opening weekend and closed a month and a half later. Appreciate these folks so much, thanks! Smooth operators.

Wow it was almost like the buyer was standing in the yard when they were putting the sign in the ground. Roger Mcmaster did an awesome job selling my lake house. I would recommend him and his team any day. I have never closed on a house so fast and the paper work was a breeze.

Definitely not one to recommend. Bruce Reeves from Gold Star was the seller's agent and it was terrible to attempt to work with him. Our agent asked for utility bills for reference....never received. Our agent asked him to contact the seller in regards to items in the home - he never did. (We talked to the seller's directly instead after we searched for their information.) Agent did not inform sellers to bring the money to closing in lieu of repairs until our agent reminded him to do so - which he did after the fact. Agent never even bothered to show up to closing. Thankfully our agent was sweet enough to do his job for him. Come to find out when talking to the seller's after closing they had WAY more problems than we did. Tell me again why he is even receiving a commission?!

I called Lisa the other day and she was very rude, and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and nasty!!
I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
