I've been attending personal training and pilates for over 2 1/2 years now and it's the best exercise experience I have ever had. Each and every week I look forward to going and am extremely happy with the intensity of the personal training workouts and the classes. Sarah cares about her clients and is always positive, energetic and extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. She truly is an expert in her field.
