McDonald's

On my way to Luray, I stopped to get some quick eats and was greeted by friendly staff.
I placed an order at the kiosk and needed a change to my sammiches. (I'm a Mac sauce addict).
They were more than willing to help me customize my order. Everyone made sure I got what I was looking to get, even if it meant making them twice.
I appreciate the positive experience and am thankful to have such hospitable staff.
Thank you again, and I look forward to coming back.

Drive through service is top notch. Food is always served hot and full of fresh flavor and always a smile or friendly comment before my order is fulfilled. Been to many many locations and this one tops many that I've frequented. Be sure to stop by this location if traveling through Shenandoah County

Found myself in a bit of a rush and realized i was crunch 4 time...sitting in my car,waiting my turn in drive thru line about 3 customers before me yet...needing to get somewhere on time n realizing I couldn't wait a min longer,I jumped out of my car,ran inside & was surprised to be greeted & have my complete order taken immediately but even more so on the speedy delivery,My Order completed,all correct items with no mistakes.......It was mind-blowing!!! With my
bag n hand,I continue in a hurry,out the door in a matter of seconds i was on the road & ON TIME...idk how these staff members make it happen but they did it,once again! Thank you!!! All of u are appreciated!!

Very well managed and operated McDonald’s. Efficient operations. This is how you run a fast food operation, go next door to Burger King to see how not to run one.

I have used the Mobile Order on the McDonald’s App. twice at this location and my orders were correct. The food was hot and delivered to my within a few minutes after I checked in. The delivery person was always polite. Good service and I appreciate that.

I didnt here, but my friend wanted some breakfast before going on the river and they were fast snd very polite.

I got breakfast this time and ate in. McDonalds breakfast meals like the Hotcakes and sausage meal is not bad. It is reasonably priced and offers everything they have on the menu.

The people that work here were much more kind than we were used to back hone in the city..we would return!

Had a terrible day, but the employee at the window definitely brightned it. Had a great conversation about a couple of bands that that a lot of people don't seem to know, including my favorite. I didn't get their name but whoever it was I hope you see this and thank you!

I love the people of this location. There used to be 2 McDonald's in town. Now it's just this one for now. They are so fast and friendly. Even in the mornings

This is a great McDonald's to get food from. The service is great and staff is polite and courtious but I'm only giving them 4 stars because every time I get my coffee there it never hot. Now this is because I drink decaffeinated coffee. If you drink regular coffee it will always be nice and hot as usual. Other then that I give 5 stars for the rest... Update the decaffeinated coffee is also now hot every time so I have updated them to 5 stars.

It'd McDonalds. What is there to say? McDonalds has worked hard to make every restaurant feel the same in quality and service and they suceeded unlike the majority of other fast food brands.

Prices are still going up and now you have to navigate through their cellphone app loyalty program junk to get good deals, bit it's still the same quality food you can count on McDonalds to have.

Went through the drive thru, the staff were friendly and the service was quick and efficient. Food too was in flavor, nothing out of the ordinary.

You have absolutely no reason to eat there. If you do happen to find the food pleasant slow down and chew thoughtfully, taste the ingredients individually and make a mental note of the flavor profiles. Compare those flavors to other options.

The employees are human, they are not there for fun, it is not their intention to confuse your order or forget to include something.

Stopped here before heading out to our camp in Shenandoah valley. The staff was excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere was excellent. They had the touch screen ordering station, which I hadn't seen before so that was pretty cool to use. Will definitely stop here the next time we are going to Shenandoah Valley.

This place has really cleaned up its act. Staff are friendlier now and they really improved the parking lot. Service was speedy as well.

The majority of my visits have been quite pleasant. The staff were attentive and quite fast with delivering our meals. Our meals are usually fresh and delicious. I will tell you this, a fresh fish sandwich is simply to die for!

I stop at this McDonald's a pretty good bit and I can honestly say that the young man named Evan is the best employee this place has,always polite. Has no problems if you have a question or if you need something else. If this McDonald's were to hire more like him it would be an amazing place to go eat. Good employees make a world of difference. Way to go Evan for being the best employee that store has to offer. Keep up the good work.

The manager and staff went above and beyond tonight. My fiancé went to get us some dinner. When he ordered he asked for a specific item, and when he realized it wasn’t the price he asked for he went back to ask about it.
They took the time to apologize and refund the price. They were polite, and very apologetic about the situation.

Newly remodeled! The much needed update is fantastic. The service is some of the best I've ever had at a McDonald's. Food is made quickly, with an emphasis on fantastic customer service.
